Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a pre-order and the owner was patient and kind resolving the issue and answering my million questions. She offered me a full refund but I opted for a credit as I know that refunds can really kill small businesses. Finally ordered some beautiful product and received a thoughtful note about my patience. Would highly recommend
