Don’t waste your time
Been emailing back and forward for a couple weeks now but not sure why this company got so many good reviews. Currently raising ~400k for a hospitality project and they responded that they wanted to raise 66 Million instead . It’s better for long term and value of our company….. then they came back and said okey we can raise 400k but it’s gonna be a 60k upfront fee and a succes fee down the line….

Our Raise Capital program is designed as a long-term 5-year commitment, during which we support startups with investor connections, pitch deck reviews, business plan improvements, and continuous fundraising support. Referring only to parts of the process without context can be misleading.
We make money through commission and clearly we are interested ONLY in long term raising of fund. If you have read the offer well, you would understand that the offer you got is still for 5 years.
