Fastfiber got my fiber up and running, even though Proximus messed things up badly by putting me on a neighbor’s UTAC and leaving me without service for almost a month. Totally not Fastfiber’s fault.

Support is email-only, but very responsive (usually within 48h). Now that everything’s fixed, the connection is flawless. I’m even running my own UCG Fiber router via PPPoE without issues.

The website may look clunky, but don’t let that fool you — the service itself is top-notch. Highly recommended!

So far really good. But ive got down 800Mbps and up 300Mbps speeds max over LAN without proxy/pf or vpn. There could be a litlle improvement.
Clear invoicing, fast response and can't complaint just speeds could be at least 10% better. I went throuhgt edpnet and mobile vikings, and FASTfiber eats them.
Also confused about fixed IP as they are behind proximus with CGNAT.

Switched from proximus. no complains!

I have been customer for halve a year now. Service is as they advertise. Support is quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I am not using the mobile phone service because it is on the expensive side. The only downside is that they use the Fiberklaar network which means that Proximus does the installation and Proximus is absolutely unreliable and a pain to work with. Best ISP I have ever had and trust me tried a lot of them at this point.

Everything went smooth with installation. I had a problem with my download speed and they where very helpful to try and solve the problem. Even when it turned out it was my self bought router was the problem.

Well after seeing my invoices at Proximus getting more and more expensive over time, i had to do something. So changed to this provider for my vdsl internet connection. Moving to them went very smooth, nothing to complain. Bought the Fritzbox from them, so preconfigged, "it`s plug and play". And above all the support is great, questions via chat or mail are answered very quickly, alway a decent response and follow up. I recommend them!
