FastFiling has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. There is no tracking, no real customer service, and the service is far more expensive than the value provided. Emails are unreliable and often don’t get delivered, which creates avoidable delays and confusion.

From an operational standpoint, FastFiling does not meet the minimum standards for a business that claims to support time-sensitive filings. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects accountability or basic follow-through

I turned to Fast Filings to help me get documentation I needed to close an on-going subscription with Zen Business. Fast Filings was so much easier and more responsive than Zen Business! Such a pleasure to work with Fast Filings and so glad to no longer have to be working with Zen Business!

They got the job done that would've been a huge hassle for me to do and a waste my time doing things I'm good at. I've seen several reviews on BBB and other sites claiming they are a scam. It is not true, I paid for a service in advance and they did the job.

It was a smooth and fast process. I was keep well informed of where we were in the process. Very professional highly recommend.

You have to stay on top of this company. They don't communicate when there's an issue. They just ignore it. I signed up with them in June and it only completed now in December. They also don't communicate across departments. I had to send the same paperwork to 2 or 3 different people. I wouldn't use them again.
