I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and ethical standards. Despite their claims of being one of the best, they were not even aware of the exact documents required to apply for a Schengen visa.

I attempted to contact them multiple times calling five times in a single day yet received no response. On the day of my appointment, they created inaccurate, fake documents and ask me to submit, which ultimately led to my visa being rejected due to false documentation. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such inefficiency and negligence in London before.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their incompetence can result in serious consequences for visa applicants.

Thomas has been a great help in organising the application and appointment, as well as gathering necessary documents. Making this an easier process for us. He has also helped quickly as we were in a rush, and responded always as promised.

Horrible experience with this company they messed with our documents do not reply on time just call to take the payment and then stop responding. Not recommended for any visa application totally unprofessional and fooling people. If there is any issue there is no one accountable and the agents do not report it to the higher authority. I want to take a moment to appreciate Bella for her genuine effort in helping me secure a slot for my visa application. I only needed their service for the visa slot, as I planned to handle the application myself, but she went above and beyond—helping me find a hotel within my budget with a refundable policy. First off all the people working for this business are a fraud because they are clearly Asians possessing English/White fraudulent names names. I contacted them to get my visa for the Netherlands and due to there being no available appointments the agent told me to book an appointment for Malta and use that visa to travel to the Netherlands. I wanted to be a 100% sure that this won't cause any issues and they promised me nothing will happen. I believed in them and asked them to book the appointment for Malta MANCHESTER. I paid my £50 deposit and that's when the ghosting started. I kept asking for appointment letter and they kept delaying it by either leaving me on seen or saying yes I'm sending it right away. After 2 days the agent said the website is not working so if I would like to change appointment to Switzerland. After a lot of consideration I told them okay you can go ahead with Switzerland. They next day they sent me an appointment letter for Malta and the appointment centre was booked for London. I pointed out the mistake to them and they said that this was done by the embassy and it's not their fault. I live in the North and they asked me to travel to the South just for an appointment. I asked them to change it and the agent had the audacity to ask me to pay £50 again. I told them there's no way I'll be paying them and they've just ghosted me ever since. This is the worst experience ever. As a business it's your responsibility to take some accountability and sort things out for the customer and not ask the customer to pay more for your mistakes. They are not refunding me my amount and I will go to ombudsman about this.

He explained each step in details and also offering options that was going to make my application process easier.
