We had a very disappointing experience with Fast Holidays while booking our trip to Iceland. Our Schengen visa was refused because the hotel booking made through their agency was cancelled. Upon investigating, we found that the cancellation was due to the use of a fraudulent or stolen credit card, as confirmed by the Hotel.

This happened while our visa application was still under review, and we were never informed of the issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact the agency's support team, we received no meaningful response or help.

We had to escalate the matter through our solicitor, who confirmed serious lapses in how the booking was handled and how alerts from the hotel were ignored.

This entire experience caused significant emotional stress, huge financial loss and disrupted our travel plans. We had trusted this agency, but the lack of accountability and communication has been extremely disappointing.

We hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking through this company.

Hard to believe these reviews are real tho.. subscribed to their service following reviews I saw online; to say I had the worst experience is an understatement. Very unprofessional. Their inactions and lack of attention to details caused me a second trip to VFS office. No sense of responsibility for obvious mistakes, instead tried to smartly blame it on colleagues. No follow up at all. I felt stupid using an agent for the first time as they almost messed up my application until I took charge, rebooked my reservations, rewrote my cover letter. Very shabby service. Till this date, no one has reached out to know how my application went after receiving payment. You are better off completing your application independently.

If there was less than one star i should use , those people are super slow , keep filling the applications with mistakes over and over , taking the deposit after tilling you that there is available appointment ,but after that they told you sorry no appointments available any more , schengen visa app is not something anyone can play with , all the information should be accurate or else it will be rejected and your name will be in the black list . Those people are unprofessional at all . Scamming people for money .
