Poor Teaching Quality and Refund Commitment Not Honorede 4-line feedback you…
I joined FastInfo for English speaking classes with the assurance of a refund if not satisfied.
Despite trying four different teachers, the quality of teaching was consistently poor.
I raised concerns multiple times but received no real improvement.
Now, they are refusing to honor their refund commitment, which is highly disappointing.

I paid ₹8,000 to Fast Info. They promised to complete the full course syllabus, but they have only covered tenses. Now they are asking for more payment. When I questioned this, they said, “We have allocated you the course, so it is considered completed, no matter if the syllabus is completed or not.” This is unfair and unacceptable. I am feeling very stressed and request an urgent refund.they already contact with me thay said no of days class complete doesn't matter courses completed or not
