I’ve used fast line taxis several times and they’ve consistently impressed me with how reliable and are the cheapest around. I have used them for airport runs and honestly have taken all my stresses away with travelling by myself with my four children. I have booked in advance and they havnt let me down once each time sending confirmation and reminders etc which is reassurance that is needed when travelling. The drivers always come on time and even early and there has been no pressure always been told there is no rush.

What does it for me is how friendly and approachable the drivers are. They create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere during the journey, and are always happy to help with luggage.

On top of that, their prices are very reasonable compared to when i have rung around for quotes from other local services. It’s refreshing to find a company that offers such great value without compromising on quality and have always given a good price for being a regular customer.

Overall, this is a dependable, affordable, and genuinely customer-focused taxi service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free ride.

1st time using Fastlane today 7am pickup from Gatwick South. Our plane landed 45mins early and our driver Qamar Rabani contacted me as soon as we landed, and met us in arrivals , enabling us to get on the road and beat the rush hour , will use again and recommend 100%

Punctual and friendly driver in clean and comfortable car. Plenty of communication before and at pick up which avoided any miscommunication.

We booked a 6am transfer from The Clermont Victoria to Gatwick. Our driver was helpful with our bags and got us to the airport on time. He was friendly as well. iIwould use Fastlane transfers again.

Excellent service. I have used them several times. Always prompt, on top of things, confirming flights etc. If my flight was delayed, they are aware and accommodate things.

Fastlane were absolutely brilliant. The booking process was very easy. The were always available to answer my calls. The driver came on time and helped with the luggage. The driver was very friendly and polite. The service offered was oustanding.

Cancelled my booking the night before we went away on holiday. The taxi had been booked for 3 weeks as we needed a taxi with a car seat for our 3 year old son. Reason given on the cancellation email was ‘fully booked’

I cannot praise this company enough. They really are spot on with customer service and so reasonably priced. Really easy to navigate and book on their website. Once you have booked, the communication from both the HQ and driver is excellent. The driver was an absolute star, so polite and helpful. He picked me up and drove to my destination in the most awful weather conditions. Thanks to his excellent driving, I was safe and comfortable for the entire journey. I would definitely recommend them to my nearest and dearest. Will also book with them again in the future. Five star plus service.
