These BrainIQ Fastmelts are “sneaky” good. I do have a sweet tooth and also body weight conscientious. For years I have struggled to find that one “treat” that satisfies my sweet noise and does not give me the sugar crash or the need for more sugar, Fastmelts work for me. The Manuka honey flavor is my favorite. I discovered these melts about a year ago and immediately was impressed with the taste and the chew. What surprises me most is how satisfied I am after eating 2 or 3 followed by a glass of water, my food noise disappears almost every time! I keep them around and use them when I need them normally a few times a week. Fastmelts have been a game changer for me.

Fast Melts are an easy way to lose and maintain weight. Besides they taste great!

I got these caramels as a healthier snack. I don’t really need to lose weight, but I also don’t want to gain any from eating too many cakes and sweets. So, I enjoy a few melts after meals as a little dessert! I’ve tried all three flavors, and my favorite is definitely salted caramel. So delicious! 😋
