TERRIBLE SERVICE, SCAM. Avoid at all costs! | PESSIMO SERVIZIO, TRUFFA. State alla larga!

Absolutely to be avoided. A disgraceful experience.

I rented a scooter that turned out to be immediately defective: it would not accelerate. This was a problem, of course, that I couldn't have known about before paying for and starting the ride. I struggled for 100 meters (0.1 km) pushing it with my foot, just long enough to realize it was broken and end the ride.

This is where the odyssey with their "customer service" began:

Refund Refused: I immediately requested a refund for the faulty service. Their first response was an absurd comparison, stating it was like "asking a mobile carrier for a refund on unused data". This is a ridiculous excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their malfunctioning equipment.

Contradictory Logic: After I insisted, their support team claimed their system doesn't charge for trips shorter than 150 meters. However, my ride was only 100 meters long, a fact recorded in their own app! When I confronted them with their own contradiction, their response was total silence.

Evidence Ignored: To prove my good faith, I sent them the details of a second ride I took immediately afterward with a different scooter, which worked perfectly. This unequivocally proved that the problem was with their first vehicle. They completely ignored this clear evidence.

No Response: After I debunked their excuses with facts and proof, they literally disappeared. They have not replied to any of my follow-up emails. One number is out of service and the other one isn't answering.

Balance Held Hostage: In addition to the refund for the ride, I also requested the return of my remaining balance and the closure of my account. These requests have also been completely ignored. They are basically keeping my money without providing a working service.

This is not a serious company. They provide faulty equipment, rely on a customer service that uses illogical excuses, and when cornered with facts, they just ghost you. They will charge you for a service that doesn't work and then keep your money. Stay away if you don't want to get scammed.

Assolutamente da evitare. Un'esperienza vergognosa.

Ho noleggiato un monopattino che si è rivelato immediatamente difettoso: non accelerava. Un problema, ovviamente, che non potevo conoscere prima di pagare e attivare la corsa. Ho percorso a fatica 100 metri (0,1 km) spingendolo col piede, giusto il tempo di capire che era rotto e terminare la corsa.

Qui è iniziata l'odissea con il loro "servizio clienti":

Rimborso Rifiutato: Ho chiesto subito il rimborso per il disservizio. La loro prima risposta è stata un paragone assurdo, sostenendo che fosse come "chiedere i GB non utilizzati a vodafone". Questa è una scusa ridicola per non assumersi la responsabilità per un loro veicolo malfunzionante.

Logica Contraddittoria: Dopo le mie insistenze, il loro "team di assistenza" ha sostenuto che il sistema non addebita costi per corse inferiori a 150 metri. Tuttavia, la mia corsa era lunga solo 100 metri (0,1 km), un dato registrato nella loro stessa app! Quando li ho messi di fronte alla loro stessa contraddizione, la loro risposta è stata il silenzio totale.

Prove Ignorate: Per dimostrare la mia buona fede, ho inviato loro i dettagli di una seconda corsa effettuata subito dopo con un altro monopattino, che funzionava perfettamente. Questo provava in modo inequivocabile che il problema era il loro primo veicolo. Hanno completamente ignorato questa prova evidente.

Nessuna Risposta: Dopo aver smontato le loro scuse con fatti e prove, sono letteralmente spariti. Non hanno risposto a nessuna delle mie successive email di sollecito. Un numero di telefono non è esistente e all'altro non rispondono.

Saldo in Ostaggio: Oltre al rimborso della corsa, ho chiesto anche la restituzione del mio saldo residuo e la chiusura del mio account. Anche queste richieste sono state completamente ignorate. In pratica, si tengono i soldi senza fornire un servizio funzionante.

Questa non è un'azienda seria. Forniscono attrezzature difettose, si affidano a un servizio clienti che usa scuse illogiche e, quando messi alle strette con i fatti, semplicemente spariscono. Vi addebiteranno un servizio che non funziona per poi tenersi i vostri soldi. State alla larga se non volete essere truffati.

It’s not possible to consider requests received except by registered letter and only if complete with what required. Refunds are made using the same method originally used by the User for make the purchase and will be visible in the app, unless otherwise agreed.
The cost of the reimbursement is € 25 for the management of the practice.
