I order a pair of enkei wheels from fastmodz it’s been almost two months never got a solid answer about when the shipment is going to be processed or delivered until this day

Easy to order. My purchase was a made-to-order item from one of their vendors - had no delays, the item shipped as was indicated when I ordered and was correct when received. The best customer service is when you don't need to contact customer service, cause things went right the first time.

Very smooth and easy transaction. My questions were quickly answered, the price was geat and everything arrived well packaged. Will buy from Fastmodz again soon!

Fantastic Pricing, the website was easy to use, and the snow performance fuel hatduel pump--came in like 2-3 business days and was securely packaged. I've yet to have the part put on yet, but when I do, I will update this review!

Ordered a pair of Sparco seats through Amazon. Order came in two separate shipments. One was ok the other was beat up and damaged. Requested a return with Amazon and Fastmodz sent me a label, shipping at my expense. Fast forward a month. The seats arrived a month ago to Fastmodz and as of yet I'm still out my 1000.00$ for the seats and 600.00$ for the shipping. These people stole my money and Amazon helped them do it. I would advise to shop elsewhere .

I had no issues ordering my K&N cold air intake and the price was great. I ordered on a Monday and I think I received it on Saturday BUT, some parts are missing from the kit. I emailed support and they were awesome, they responded pretty quickly over a holiday weekend and said nothing could be done at the moment because of the holiday weekend which is totally understandable. They did respond which was great. They followed up Tuesday morning. I did not hear anything from them all day so I emailed them later that day as well as the following day. No response. I called K&N directly. They resolved my issue and are shipping me the missing items. I did reach out to support to let them know that I spoke to K&N and they are handling it. They did respond and said that their warehouse was busy. I get that you're busy BUT when a customer responds that they're missing items for something they already purchased there should be a little bit of a rush on it to resolve the issue. This is why I gave them three stars. If they would have handled it that Tuesday after the holiday I would have gave them five stars. Like I said, it was a great price and I will order from them again. Still do recommend!

Ordered a roof rack and after a month of no updates I reached out to get an update. For the next month I would email weekly attempting to get an idea of the order status (which they always replied “we’re working on it”)

After two months of no progress I requested my order be canceled and money returned… after requesting my order to be canceled, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very disappointing experience and giant waste of time.

The good, I got the product and it worked. The bad, terrible communication and late delivery. After making the purchase I received a receipt via email but after that there was no communication to tell me the product shipped or to get a tracking number. Receipt told me to use Shop.com and that was a joke. I tried calling, emailing, and chat with absolutely no response. The email links on their web site don’t work either. When the scheduled arrival date passed with no communication I figured I was scammed and ordered the same product from another vendor. That vendor was very responsive and helpful. I finally got an email from fast mode on the same day the product was delivered. Some simple communication would have helped. As it is, I will never order from them again.

I got exactly what I bought, customer service was a day too slow. However, they responded with the information I needed and were polite. Shipment was not the quickest but can’t beat the price anywhere else.

I waited 5 days and no tracking or communication so I emailed them after 6pm and much to my surprise I got a reply that said they would check the warehouse and an hour later a tracking number had my part 2 days later. Interesting fact is I had read some reviews and seen that this has happened before so maybe they should see where the disconnect is.

Great service and sent my mufflers out within 3 days, got them two days later. They had the best price I could find - Thank You

I disliked the fact that it took a week to ship my item.

Ironically slow. Slow modz.

I ordered a K&N cold air intake for a trip to pull my 5th wheel. I ordered it with expedited shipping. That was July 24th. It actuaslly shipped on the 27th which is the day I should have recieved it. It's now Nov. 1st and OnTrac delivered it yesturday to the wrong address. So much for getting modz fast. They never informed me it wouldn't arrive ontime. I ended up inquiring to get answers. I wish it would have been a better experience and having the extra horsepower for my trip. Oh well.

Stuck in limbo, zero communication, super late shipping (8 days just to ship out, 5 more for shipping), I sent three emails with zero response, no one answers the phone, all over a course of 2 weeks, zero zero zero. Was my first time and it was my last.
