I booked driving lessons with Dani (K W Wong), but my experience was very disappointing. The lessons often felt unprofessional and lacked clear structure, and I was asked to pay in cash. Despite taking lessons for over a year, I did not feel I received proper guidance or consistent teaching.

After failing my driving test in August 2025, I booked another test in Speke, Liverpool, and Dani initially agreed to accompany me. However, he later went on holiday before the test date, which left me without enough preparation. I then moved my test to 21 December in St Helens to allow more time, but he refused to accompany me to that test as well. As this was so last minute, I could not find another instructor and had to miss the test.

Since then, he has stopped replying to my messages and still owes me money for lessons that were paid for but never took place.

Useless. Rude, smirking, awful instructor. Avoid if your instructor has the number plate Bf73 zpl. Completely incompetent

Only gave one star cause I had to my daughter put down a deposit of £300 for driving lessons and was going to pay over £2000 for inteance driving but would of had to £200 per month for 12 months to clear it off when I found out I told her no I will givevher a car and take her out get her used to the way a car runs off road first so I told her to get her deposit back they told her no refund a 20 year old basically kid finding her way in life I called and was told the same no refund I find it absolutely robbery from them and I want a refund for her I hope they read my review of their greedy company and fo the right thing and refund her money back she dosnt have a lot as it is I'm fumming avoid booking with this company at all costs

Time wasters!!! Don't believe what they tell you online. Took my money went on holiday, didn't do anything came back from holiday with stories, I requested for my money back!
I will never ever recommend them. Please stay away from them. Total time wasters !

Just passed my driving test today with Dean! Couldn’t thank him enough. Was a great driving instructer!

My driving test was also cancelled the day of the test and fast pass driving school was really fast at getting me and new date and I got it the next week!

Passed my driving test today with Omar. A really good teacher and always went through any mistakes thoroughly and very calm aswell. Also always on time with lessons. Thanks Omar

I passed first time today. Amjid was my instructor. He is really helpful, easy to talk to and was always happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him to other people👍🏽.

Passed today with 0 faults, had a bad experience with a past instructor but Amjid was able to teach me well enough to pass first time, he’s a very skilled instructor and is perfect for all new drivers wanting to pass their tests.

Would highly recommend Fast Pass driving school, especially Omar. No time wasted got me passed in 11 lessons. Was always on time and knows what he’s talking about.
