PLEASE AVOID!!
PLEASE AVOID!!! My daughter has just done a test lesson which is compulsory before booking a course, she already has over 40 hours on the road and passed her theory and myself and others think she’s a very good driver.
Well I have just come home to very upset 19 year old after 1 hour of being shouted at, the steering wheel being grabbed off her MORE THAN ONCE! And swore at by the woman under her mask. I am actually in total disbelief at this woman’s methods and disgusted. Safe to say I will 10000% not be booking another hour never mind a full course with this company. The instructors name is Caroline as it wouldn’t be fair to tar all instructors who work for the company with the same brush.

Fast pass to no pass
Fast pass customer service where really good helpful and good communication especially in the crazy world we are in at the moment. The only thing I would say is I had no idea they used BSM or other companies thought they where all self employed D.I that might be my lack of knowledge but would have liked to have known that I advance especially as I don’t rate BSM at all my instructor was not very good at all. Intensive courses are good and thought it was good value compared to other intensive companies but be prepared to fail, even with an intensive course there’s still an extremely high chance of failing first time.

If I could give a 0 I would. The instructor they gave me didn't give me all my hours was on her phone constantly shouted at me for half an hour before my driving test which I didn't want to sit cuz she hadn't taught me properly never showed me how to use the handbrake properly pissed away 1200 on that shoddy school and the company wont refund me the hours she hasn't given me instructors name is leah green in case any of you have the unfortunate luck to end up with her as yours. The company hasn't even investigated my complaint properly she recorded all my lessons including voice which shes not meant to be doing. I wouldnt waste my money with them inadequate lessons rubbish service.

When I booked my 30 hours course everything was straight forward over the phone. The agency informed me straight away with the details on my instructor, times, pick up location. Passing 1st time with 5 minor faults I cannot thank you enough!

Well what can I say....it was so easy to book my week intensive course and the people I spoke to were lovely. My instructor was awesome and so fab. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking at getting into driving.
Went without a hitch
Went without a hitch. Admittedly, much of it was to the credit of the fantastic instructor I was assigned, but booking the whole thing was quick and easy, with very helpful staff on the phones. Would recommend to anyone, especially if it’s not your first test!
Whole experience very easy and stress free.
Customer service was prompt and efficient to find a convenient test date for me. I did have an instructor change last minute due to unforeseen circumstances however the company found another instructor who could do the same days very promptly and kept me up to date the whole time. The instructor was very experienced and taught me everything at my pace and I passed first time, 10/10 thank you.

Had a great experience with this company even passed 1st time round instructor was smart presentable and punctual an very helpful would definitely recommend only thing I would say is that the time between course and test was to long a gap and that 5 hrs a day is to much other than that excellent all round

Excellent service, it was really easy to do! The office organised everything for me and all I had to do was wait for the instructor to do the course with me. My instructor was lovely, and covered everything I needed to do. I passed my test!! Thank you FastPass!
Avoid! Just an agency with no after care if you fail and need a retake.
My instructor was great and I can't complain about teaching. I failed my test as I was just too nervous and to be honest, tired. The intensive course really is tiring!
When I telephoned to try and book a booster lesson followed by my next test the company had no interest unless I wanted to book another intensive course. There is no after care or plan as to what to do if you fail (which lets face it is quite probable)
I would recommend using a company that has after care and a plan for if you fail your first attempt, this company is in fact only an agency for instructors and quite frankly couldn't care less once they have taken your money (surprise surprise) I would avoid as I'm sure there are much better out there!
