FastPassport has been so incredible, especially Carrie! Their website is intuitive and user friendly, the instructions and information easy to read and follow, and their customer service friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I realized on Saturday evening that my passport did not have the required 6 month expiration cushion for our trip to Mexico and we are leaving the following Saturday (7 days away). I sent the documents over to FastPassport on Monday through a courier service, paid for 2 day expedited processing, and my new passport was just delivered (Wednesday morning). Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly! I’m so grateful such a wonderful service exists. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sam was very professional and helped with my passport. Seeing your passport is expired and your leaving the country in 3 days is very stressful. I searched the internet for overnight passport instructions. The web site I found said there was a local Co. in KC. So the next morning I was at there door waiting at 8:30 the next morning. Only to find out from a rude employee that there service is by appointment only and would take a week to get my passport. So back to the internet. I found Fast Passport and called them. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and assured me they could get me my passport. Samantha was the overnight expert. She helped in every step of the process. I received my passport when promised. I made my flight Saturday morning and enjoying the week in Mexico. Thank You Samantha F.
