Great Final Outcome Despite Initial Hiccups
My experience with this printing company started off rocky but ultimately ended on a good note. There were several miscommunications early on — including incorrect dimensions, missed revision requests, and some confusion about order details. I also learned that their customer service team is based in Australia, so if you're in the U.S., expect delayed responses simply due to the time difference.
Additionally, orders ship from Korea, which wasn’t clearly stated upfront, so be aware of that when planning your timeline.
That said, once the issues were finally addressed, the company did step up, corrected the mistakes, and made things right. They ensured my order was reprinted accurately and were able to deliver everything on time, which I genuinely appreciate.
Overall, the product quality ended up being solid, but I’d recommend giving yourself extra time to account for slower communication and international shipping logistics.

Product was great! Slightly misleading that I was communicating with the team in Australia. I thought that there was a London office. So sadly I was losing a day every time I sent an email, as the time difference took forever for a reply to come through.
Will use again, I just need to be more organised with the lead time as it takes a while to finalise the proofs etc.

The stickers are of great quality, the ordering process was easy, and getting the artwork proof took about 24 hours.
When asking if we could rush the order, the employee taking care of our order did communicate with us that it wasn't possible.
The only constructive feedback we'd like to give is having the option to rush orders, as I'm sure we're not the only customer willing to pay for that. But we do appreciate the transparency, and would definitely use Fast Printing again.
