AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The guy that commented in one of the comments below named Yasin Hamza Jalal Dean is his partner.
The fact he is pretending to be a customer and giving a fake review shows what kind of people they are. Yasin Dean who's a partner in this company charged us £300 without fixing the issue and disappeared and is not answering calls.

There’s a woman making the bookings then as soon as the job is finished blocks you if you call back to request an invoice. I'm not the only person, just google his name and Kyle Kasim Din and see how many companies they dissolved to avoid legal claims.

Also read the trust pilot reviews of their previous company (onsite technicians). This is the whole family’s business model. Scamming elderly and disabled people.

I had issues with my boiler contacted this company who sent an engineer in 45 mins
The engineer diagnosed the problem with the boiler and fixed it straight away very reasonable price and the severe was 5 star fully recommend

plumber that came out was within half hour, sorted my issue out within the hour, couldn't fault them, was a Sunday night as well thanks

Fast service, arrived and fixed my boiler in under 2 hours. 5/5
