FTT is months behind on payouts to traders. They refuse to give details but push account sales. Clearly a Ponzi scheme. Go to their discord and see for yourself. Meanwhile the CEO is out buying cars and Rolex watches.

Haven't paid a dime.
Requested $30k in the beginning of october and received a "pay by date" email stating I will get paid at 5th november, together with FTT CEO's promise "It will get paid no matter what."
Today, a day later, nothing has entered my Rise account, i have previously been paid $15k by FTT, but now they aint paying anyone and have muted me for asking why i havent been paid.

SCAM RUN AWAY

I waited 40+ days for my five-figure payout. In the meantime, we were told lie after lie. " You'll get your money soon," said CEO Scott. DO NOT TRADE HERE it is a huge waste of money and time. I had bills to pay and was clowned by the COO and other employees because I needed my money. I was called poor and attacked in their support chat.

FTT does not pay on time (if at all), engages in highly suspicious behavior, and clearly has solvency concerns. They actively incentivize and punish positive and negative reviews here and elsewhere.

I am going to outline a list of reasons for why you should treat Fast Track Trading with extreme caution and avoid doing business with them, and I want to stress that you can verify any of these reasons for yourself by going to their own official discord and reading back the last week, month, or however long. Honestly, just go there and scroll up. It will tell the whole story because it is people reacting to these very things which really happened to them, and this post can just be a supplement to that. I will even provide the link (URLs are blocked - just delete the space before 'com'): discord. com/invite/5c4WJxZqP6

If you take the time to read and investigate, you will find mountains of evidence that at FTT:

- Rules were arbitrarily changed suddenly and multitudes of people had their scheduled payouts retroactively denied - these were people who had accurately complied with the existing ruleset and got rugpulled.
- People are still waiting for extremely long periods of time (1-2 months) and struggling to receive the payouts they earned while adhering to the rules even going forward.
- A handful of people are receiving “partial payouts” - ie, when you read the terms or the FAQ and thought you’d be required to trade the account to X amount of profit over Y days and be eligible to take Z in payout, it turns out that X still applies, but Y is liable to change, and even after you submit your request for Z the company may arbitrarily decide to pay out anywhere between 0-100% of what you are actually owed, and on whatever the timetable is they are able to scrape together (some traders are going on months of delayed payouts).
- Credit cards are frequently excluded as a form of normal payment in favor of crypto or irreversible bank wire or ACH - and a likely reason for this is that if paying with crypto or by wire is the only option then you have no easy or reliable third party arbitrator or recourse for cancelation or a refund due to an eligible payout denial or unresponsiveness in correspondence (both of which have happened frequently - again, check the discord).
- The CEO regularly argues with and name calls customers in chat and seemingly as a result of these emotional mood swings FTT has banned and denied payouts for traders who have raised complaints that were legitimate on the merits about extensive payout delays and other service related issues, but who have otherwise complied with the company’s rules and successfully traded to qualification for payout.
- The CEO has a searchable criminal record related to previous financial fraud (!).
- The CEO publicly lashed out and called someone a n****r within the past couple months and there is a recording of it if you want to search it out, and he is otherwise frequently extremely combative and aggressive toward customers that raise complaints irrespective of the merits of their complaints. The man is sloppy and almost unbelievably unprofessional.
- The COO recently and abruptly parted ways with the firm (on X: @trades_sage) citing several of these very issues and others.
- There are other reputable people on social media posting information and communications that are far more insightful and revealing than the FTT official line (on X: @Jmu_1_).
- People who post negative reviews about their experience have been deliberately targeted for retribution - including payout denials despite otherwise being qualified and fulfilling all requirements - and incentives have been dangled for positive/fake reviews like you often see with the cheap junk on a certain popular online retailer. The result is that even with a middling average score, the company’s positive reviews have been overly inflated and are probably not representative of the reality.

That’s just a highlight reel; there have been numerous other issues which again you can discover for yourself if you take the time to read through the official discord.

I can not understand why someone would sign up for this company in its current state. If you value being compensated fairly for your work, your time, your stress and effort, there are vastly more legitimate prop trading firms out there and I urge you sincerely to explore the alternatives. We are in something of a golden era for the prop space. With that comes a lot of opportunity, as well as a lot of snake oil and heady promises. Please take it upon yourself to be reflective and make informed decisions rather than quickly accept what is sold to you at face value. Don’t judge this company based on what promises are made - judge based on what actually has happened. If you do that due diligence, I think you will find that the risk to you here is higher than it first seems on paper. Be smart, and don’t just eagerly buy into the low rent and dopey “welcome home” style catchphrase BS. Don’t be made a fool of.

Fast Track Trading Has Really Gone Downhill

I used to consider Fast Track Trading (FTT) a five-star company. The payouts were fast, the service was efficient, and the CEO was friendly and approachable. But in the past few months, things have completely changed. My most recent payout took over 30 days, with delay after delay and almost no communication. The CEO now seems to over-promise and under-deliver on what was once a reliable experience. On top of that, I’ve seen personal information of clients shared publicly, which is unprofessional and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the CEO falsely told other Discord members that I was associated with someone trying to sue FTT. This baseless claim caused emotional distress and has damaged my reputation within the community. I can’t recommend FTT right now, but maybe in the future, if things improve, it could be worth considering again.

Failure of a CEO

It all started well when I joined FTT but after the discord server surpassed 15k members the issues started to be visible, the company was not ready for the volume of clients and money coming in, my first payout happened within 72 hours, my second payout took a whole month and I got timed out on discord for repeatedly asking about it, after that I noticed some red flags with the CEO flashing expensive watches and sports cars on discord while people complaining about payout delays started to pile up, the delays got out of control and the CEO changed trading rules, applied them retroactively and canceled 10 million dollars worth of payouts that were approved in the name of saving the company but at the same time he kept saying it wasn't a cash-flow issue, all in all he failed to scale the business, didn't deliver his promises about tradovate, tradingview, payout dates, he ban and time out people who point out the issues or inquire about payments on discord and is very rude in general, he is an amateur who dreamed of becoming a CEO. Save yourself the headache and trade with more stable and reputable companies.

A few things have gone wrong

A few things have gone wrong. I purchased an account, and made it to my first payout. I have been waiting almost a month now for my payout to arrive. Their "FAQ" section states the payout is processed within 48 hours and depending on method of withdrawal can take 1 to 7 days to reach my bank. My request was approved within 48 hours, and I have been waiting almost a month now for my payout. Every day it seems like there is some new excuse that payments are delayed. Today is the day they guaranteed that my payout would arrive no later than. It still has not arrived. They said a few more days and the payout will arrive. There have been numerous payout delays from others in the discord channel, and anyone who talks about it seems to get shunned by the FTT fanboys, support staff, and C-suite. It is perfectly reasonable for people depending on a paycheck to be worried when it does not show up on time and want to know when it is coming, especially if it has been delayed for weeks, even months. They don't even see fit to update the "How Long Do Withdrawals Take?" section of their FAQ section. The correct answer would be "When we get to you".

I understand companies can change their rules, but retroactively applying the rules and then subsequently denying payouts that were already approved under the prior rules is pretty shitty. I was not affected by this rule change but it does make me hesitant to reinvest if I ever do receive my payout. Being forced to make or lose a certain amount in order for the day to be considered valid is just insane.

They claim they payout, they claim they are the best prop firm around, but I got an eval from a competitor after I had been approved for the FTT payout, and just passed the eval, I wonder if I can get the payout from their competitor before my payout with FTT ever gets paid.

They claim that these issues are in part due to being a very young company and did not expect to grow this fast. I can see that, but with software, you go through alpha phase, beta phase, and along the way you stress test the system. What happens when you have so many users? They should have accounted for this case. They should have been prepared for it. They could have not taken more customers until they were ready for that scale. How did they expect to go live without automated payouts implemented yet? It is still a manual process, though they have claimed they automated a lot of the process.

What drew me in was the instant funding, bigger drawdown available for the account size, and one-time fee. It was interesting so I gave it a shot. I am glad i only got 1 account, and got it on sale.

I am not sure if I will reinvest my withdrawal for more accounts once paid. I may wait for a few months trading my 1 account and see if they improve. If my payout request ever does get paid, I will increase this review to 2 stars, because at least they paid out.

Edit:
They have just started shutting down multiple channels in their discord. No one can talk. This is extremely shady. Big red flag.

Don’t waste your time – you’ll lose your money or wait endlessly to get paid

This company has been a complete disappointment week after week. Their CEO, Scott, spends his time on X and Discord arguing nonsense instead of addressing real issues. The timing of everything seems strange, and instead of solving problems, they just increase their debt, unhappy clients, and damage to their credibility.

They make payday promises that they fail to keep, paying randomly and sometimes even partially. It’s game over with this company. Save yourself the trouble – you’ll end up losing your time, money, and patience.

Their Discord is a joke

Their Discord is a joke. Begging for traders to leave positive reviews here on TP. LOL pay your traders and give them a reason too. You pay a few hundred traders and expect the other thousands to give you a good review-lol. Your not so smart discord techs with their smarta$$ remarks wont help either. She talking about backlog-sweetheart you will never catch up unless you 1. either hire more people with authorization to approve and pay. 2. Cease all sales and trading. Not rocket science there little girl you keep letting people buy accounts pass them and request payout you can't dig out of the hole. Not to mention NO you don't skip around and pay some and not others and partial etc.. Again not rocket science pay in the order they were approved for full amount. Otherwise STFU with all your excuses. Any adults employed there? Just a bunch of lil punks. Too many other options in this space.

2 payouts dates and 0 money on rise account

I was supposed to have 2 payouts totaling 4800 on the dates 10/29 and 31, but any payout did not arrive. I would like to ask all traders to consider buying with an account with this company, it may be a scam. Wait like 30 days on payout

They didn't pay traders and affiliates

They didn’t pay their traders; if someone does get paid, they’re simply lucky. The company operates on a Ponzi scheme, using money from current traders to pay previous ones. There’s no risk management in place. When their dashboard eventually showed a balance of 10 million, they panicked, canceled all payouts, and changed the rules. The people who promoted their affiliate program to bring in new traders weren’t paid, so they stopped affiliating, which caused sales to drop exponentially. I used to be both a trader and an affiliate for them, but after they canceled my payouts and withheld my affiliate commission, I left. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
