Ordered 2 pairs sneakers €313+ in one order in the Netherlands.They arrived separately by dhl without any mail saying when they were coming. Unfortunately just as Paige said, these are knock off sneakers. Shoes and packaging are all wrong. When I said I wanted to return them communication from them stopped. One post office said the return adress doesn't exist the other was able to send it, but it has ended up by someone else. Now I have to get it back. Fortunately I raised a dispute with PayPal and they have refunded me. Without PP I wouldn't have ordered but I should have checked the website out. No shoe site hier anymore just Textiles in USA. I should have checked with trust pilot before ordering, like so many people have said. after a few weeks of silence, I got a note that the order has shipped, I got an email saying sent via Dhl, which was good sign (I ordered from France) and the shoes finally arrived weeks later and they were the wrong European size (actually bigger, but the US size was smaller and the shoes were too small full stop). I contacted them 3x about returning them, just for a refund not a replacement, and no response. Will contact PayPal to see what they can do. I suggest you do not waste your time, not sure what they are playing at, but too many good sites to waste time with dodgy ones.

Same problem as Eleonora. Received some fake New Balance shoes. 160€ for some Aliexpress sneaker.

Shoes i bought are fakes. After loooooong time (unpaid with PayPal so PayPal helped me in this case) I finally managed to get a returnlabel. Return is not America or other European countries, but I have to send it to Vietnam.
Website is a scam. BIG SCAM. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

This is a scam website the exact same story as Paige raised a dispute with PayPal they received a tracking number from the seller. The tracking from FedEx says the item was delivered and signed for by K Spencer FedEx confirmed it was not my address on the shipping order. As the seller has supplied a tracking number they have sided with the seller and I have reopened the dispute. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM.

This is a fraudulent site. I made an order for shoes of £169 and it says it has been delivered however it is not to my address despite it being on the order, when I spoke to FedEx it is not my name or address that is attached to the tracking information on their end, and the person who signed for it is not me!!! The company are not replying to my emails, do not order from this company it is a scam to take your money!!!

First time i visit this shop the write they are in germany / hamburg, after 2 weeks now its in USA / Michigan
I have reported to paypal. No reply to emails no answers nothing , just fake

What is being done here is online shop fraud!

What went wrong?well,what not?order shoes on the 31th of januari,got a trackinig code,that doesnt work,send sevral emails, got one answer,but that is not really an answer,I think I lost my 135 euro's.had to read the revieuws before buying here,but hey,I got enthousiast...and I think that more people have that same problem with beautiful sneakers...so dont buy here..you cant get contact (latest male was their inbox full)I really think they are a scam.
Something happend and I am very surprises,shoes arrived...never haard anything back on my mails,but they came in ..the right ones,i think they are not original..but hey,I got them.
So .. i woud never order here again...but it really surprised me.

Glad I read the reviews here before buying...

Never got the item. Just like the other customers, I emailed customer service and received no info. Tracking number displays no info either. Seems I just got robbed

Website is a scam. I ordered a pair of women's adidas shoes on 12/31. They arrived January 15th and were the wrong shoes. I've been unable to reach customer service since then and now the website is only selling bedding and no shoes. I've reported them to both the Saginaw, MI police department as well as the better business bureau and Paypal.

Do not trust this seller.
Website said they have size UK11.5
Ordered and followed-up, and chased and then finally came back saying no stock in that size and would I like a different size
I replied to ask for UK11.
No response so have had to raise an incident and refund request with PayPal

These leggings are definitely NOT true to size. I ordered a 3x and I can barely squeeze into them. I went up a size to save myself from this problem. Waste of $35

I ordered 2 pair of leggings on the 19th of February, 2021. I received confirmation and read the guidelines on shipping delay and order processing. However, my order has not sent out for shipment. I have sent two emails, contacted company using form on website and sent a message through chat from order page asking for any updates. No response whatsoever. Worst customer service ever 😒.
