dishonest sellers
My husband paid for the order on June 9, 2025, but the bike has not been delivered yet. The courier brought a completely different bike, they said that we can use this one until our order is delivered. More than a month has passed, but our order has not been delivered yet. They explain this by saying that they did not receive the container. How so? We still don't know the delivery time.

a truly unforgettable experience. genuine and sincere customer service. all my questions were answered promptly. delivery was delayed by one day and they immediately notified me and provided alternatives to accommodate the inconvenience, which to me showed real professionalism and care. And honestly that’s something you don’t see much of these days.
i’m even more happy with the 2024 v20, i ordered it assembled and have had no issues at all. still going strong and support is just a whatsapp away.
definitely something to consider, highly recommend to anyone.
