FatFace Quality Jumper
FatFace have a really good online Sale service, which I’ve used a few times now. Buy online, collect in shop a day or two later.
This jumper is old school FatFace; a bit thicker than the modern, current stuff, and definitely very good quality materials. It’s going to last. I’m sensitive to wool, so to see “8% wool” in the description was a worry, but you’d never know it had any at all. Warm, soft, and very comfortable. Looks great on, too.

Staff in the Basingstoke shop are always cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. It’s always a pleasure to visit even if I don’t actually buy anything - though on this occasion I did order something!

Excellent Experience
Website easy to use. Ordering and checkout is easy. Glad click and collect is back. Staff at Basingstoke store very welcoming and efficient. I like that fact the store has different aged staff particular older staff who look good in fatface clothing and inspire your own wardrobe.
One issue on website you can only look at one size at a time so if you are between sizes you have to look up one size first then the next.

Impressed with the service, had to return an online order as the size was wrong, turn around & refund very efficient. Ordered new size arrived earlier than expected, very pleased with the whole experience.
