Very Happy Customer!
A mens bag was brought for my birthday.
It wasn't suitable. I went to Fatface in Birmingham and wondered if I could have an exchange. The assistants were most helpful and after checking with the manager they agree to exchange. I now have a more suitable bag and left very happy.

I ordered at 5pm the day before, and the order arrived in the store at 11am. I like the fast shipping. Quality wise of the knitwear I bought is amazing, the material is thick and is soft. I love the caring customer service as well. Good job FatFace!

Fatface always lives up to expectations
When I visit this store I am always left to wander round looking at items uninterrupted unless I need to ask something then I find somebody easily to answer my queries.

I asked for assistance and I certainly got it with Belinda stopping to help me find a certain coat that I needed. I was so happy after trying on two sizes and finding extra pockets I bought it. I'd searched online over a week, went to all the relevant shops last weekend and today. After some negative input at two other shops I found FatFace and Belinda, who deserves a gold star!

A change of delivery address
An item I ordered was delivered to the store in Birmingham but I thought I had chosen the Next Store to pick it up. I rang the Fatface shop in Birmingham and the response I received was amazing. A lovely gentleman I spoke to, arranged for the item to be delivered to my home address the very next day!! I could not believe it!! How efficient the service was and what an asset to the company that gentleman was. Well done Sir!!

Helpful staff but....
Helpful staff when I picked up a very large ' collect ' order. Some of the items were packed tightly into a bag that the seams were coming apart. The assistant said don't worry about it, we will pack them into another bag for you. I happily tried on my items and decided to keep most of the items, when the items were repacked. I was charged for the bags! Hence a 4 star review and I spent a considerable amount.
