I fully support FunFettiBetti’s review. It is disappointing to see what appears to be 'planted' reviews from people clearly associated with the store attempting to gaslight customers who have had genuine, negative experiences. I have personally witnessed the staff at this location being dismissive and discriminatory toward people of different nationalities (their previous employees too). The individual who may be the so called manager at the till is consistently rude and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Instead of lecturing customers on ethics via Trustpilot, the management should focus on basic customer service training and professional conduct.

Lovely assistant and great range in the shop.

I shop regularly in this store and would not go anywhere else. The team are great and very helpful. I am shocked to read FunFettiBetti review. It is quite racially offensive to assume that you can make jokes about someone’s nationality is quite unacceptable.

I shop fairly regularly at FatFace - love the brand, clothes quality and range, well made etc. I buy for myself and my family. Normally have a really nice experience with friendly helpful staff for purchases I make.

Edinburgh airport FF outlet though - not so much. A male member of staff was at the till. I asked if cash was ok and was just told ‘only sterling’ - to which I joked about only having Scottish pound notes (I live in England - I’m sometimes challenged when handing over Scottish notes, south of the border).

The male member of staff continued to bark ‘sterling - no foreign notes’, in response. His tone was brusque and serious. I tried to explain the joke and apologised as I realised it had missed the mark, but this person decided to double down and said I seemed to have a problem. I just explained I was trying to be friendly. He was belligerent and rude.

I don’t normally make a point of complaining - this is my first TP review - but this member of staff was intolerant and unfriendly and was not pleasant to talk to.

I felt unwelcome and the whole experience was unsettling. This member of staff was not a good example for promoting the FatFace brand.

Had a shirt with some peeling on the sleeve and no tag or receipt, only transaction details. She helped me out without hesitation. Perfect service

Needed some shorts and a t shirt urgently and found both with plenty of choice

Fat face is one of my favourite brands and I’ve visited many stores.
When I fly from Edinburgh Airport, I always look forward to visiting the Fatface store.
This time, the staff were even more helpful than ever!
My wife had trouble accessing her Blue Light Card details and the lady asked to see my wife’s work emails to prove her occupation and then processed the 20% extra discount.
She was also very friendly and chatty with us.
Could not fault her at all. I’m sorry that I can’t remember her name.

What a pleasant surprise to find a FatFace store at the Edinburgh airport after a two-week vacation. I was able to pick up some great t-shirts for the family before heading home. Billie helped me out and was very helpful.

Fat Face Edinburgh Airport is a must stop. Billie, is so helpful and lovely making sure I knew everything. Will definitely be my go to shop.

The staff at the Edinburgh airport branch were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. It was a lovely airport shopping experience.

Fabulous,friendly,helpful staff sadly let down by the lack of stock in Edinburgh airport’s shop.I have been promising a present of a women’s Scotland T-shirt (lovely quality and design) but couldn’t purchase one due to lack of stock.Surely the Fatface in the capital city’s airport should be well stocked in Scotland branded t-shirts as they make the perfect take home gift-you are missing a trick FatFace-left without making a purchase.

I bought 3 pairs of knickers at Edinburgh Airport, all marked 3 for 2. Discount was not given. I only noticed when I saw the invoice later.

I had a great experience at the airport store thanks to Jessica, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She went out of her way to assist me in locating specific products and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions about the clothing. Definitely made my shopping experience easier!!

I had the privilege of being served by a lovely young lady today. She was very kind and helpful when trying to find an item of clothing that I had seen online. Great service!

Really disappointed with the customer service at Fatface Edin Airport. I asked the manager for details about a sweater, but they barely gave me any attention and didn’t seem interested in helping. Felt like I was being ignored, which is not what you expect when shopping. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Derek and the team were great at assisting me with an order in store today. They didn’t have the item I required in stock but it was no problem for them to order it for home delivery. Very helpful and great service

I had a great experience in store. I was looking for a waterproof jacket and found some cute one with the help from Alex, they where amazing helping me pick the perfect one.

Sujan, a lovely member of your staff in FatFace Edinburgh Airport could not have been more helpful and extremely pleasant. I had a really good shopping experience due to his great customer service.

At Fatface today, the store colleague helped with advice and to help with an major issue. I had forgot my belt at home, and was flying to Athens!

It was the only store in the airport, that sold belts. It was last ditch effort to get before my flight. But Ross helped me quite a lot with suggestions. And finally got something and made my way.
