Great store with excellent staff who…
Great store with excellent staff who were on hand to help with requested sizes of items we were purchasing.
The staff were also very friendly to my dog and we were all made to feel welcome whilst in store.
A nice change to feel valued as a customer in a busy shop with very helpful and happy staff!

Was served by Eloise in the Keswick store today. She was incredibly friendly and lovely to have a chat to. She also recommended me another item of clothing based on what I was already purchasing as it was a similar design and also super cute!!

Popped into FatFace Keswick this afternoon. Small shop but well stocked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reminded me to use Blue Light Card which was great, I keep forgetting I’ve got it 🤪. Will definitely be using this shop again.
