Had an item stolen out of my online…
Had an item stolen out of my online order, together with the delivery note. Apparently online and stores are completely separate. Was told needed paperwork to return the online items. They did eventually get this sorted. They had to call online section to do correct refund. This did take a while. All the staff was very helpful. Such a lovely team of staff. I go in there quite often.

Good quality products delivered quickly. Refunds, if necessary, are easily obtained through shops or mail.
I have had particularly good coats and jackets from them.

Have gone to Fat Face for years now due their unique styles and prints. Service is always good, be it online or in store. The Kingston-upon-Thames store is always well stocked, although the top I wanted wasn't available at that time.

Hassle free experience to return online order
I needed to return an online order and decided to go to my nearest store in Kingston and friendly assistant made it an easy experience as funds credited back without having to wait for item to be posted back.

Bought the shorts online- size S and when they arrived they were too big! Called in at Kingston branch but sadly no shorts left at the branch but they did do the refund for me. Off to a coffee shop and ordered XS and they arrived three days later! Great service and the shorts fit perfectly.

Even though I had the option to return…
Even though I had the option to return my item in store, Kingston Fat Face refused to take it, and I had to go back and post it with limited time as I am going on holiday. My intention was to buy another item in store which I won’t be doing now. Not good consistent service as I have done this previously and there as no problem. I want to know that when I buy a product I need to be able to return it as effortless as I bought it, this is not the case, cumbersome process to return as previous reviews state. Not worth buying there anymore.
