Friendly staff and great customer service
Visited the store in Kinsale, Cork yesterday. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. They were happy to help with sizing and even provided advice on what to see around the town etc. Lovely shopping experience!

I had the pleasure of shopping in the Kinsale Fatface store today. Had a lovely experience and came away with a whole new wardrobe thanks to Ava. She was great to recommend different outfits for me after my luggage got lost and explained the tax return process thoroughly which I will be sure to avail of for the rest of my trip. I will be sure to return the next time I’m in Ireland, it’s the most adorable little shop.

Yet again the FatFace in Kinsale has helped me find what I have been looking for. I have been all over Cork looking for a specific coat; I could have spared the effort and just taken the 5 minute walk to my local FatFace.
