I am very happy with the top I ordered. I like the FatFace quality and the styles many of which are available in different colours. I opted for click and collect to my local store which went smoothly.

Very helpful staff
I recently visited your store in Macclesfield. It was a chance visit and was due to meet with friends however in thd short time I had the 2 ladies were so helpful. One was wearing a dress I really liked and they out it yo one side do I could try it later. Unfortunately I didn't get back in time but the help thd staff gave in store gave me the confidence to order it online which I definitely would not have done without seeing it on and feeling the material. So ladies thank you so much and sorry I didn't get back in time but it was you who so the dress to me.

Great quality clothing
I bought a ladies shirt and picked up a girls denim skirt. Both items are made beautifully and are of good quality. Staff in the shop were very pleasant.

feel like comments have not been passed on as you say. experience was very similar this week upon returning.

I had ordered a dress online which was…
I had ordered a dress online which was too big for me but there was no stock available in a smaller size, so I went to my local FatFace to see if it they had it in store. The dress was there but only in the shorter length. The lady in the shop (Macclesfield) was incredibly helpful and ‘found’ the dress in the longer length at the warehouse, so ordered it for me. It arrived yesterday (within 2 days) it is lovely, very happy!

Purchased a hooded sweatshirt but decided it was possibly slightly too large so returned to shop next day.
I asked the assistant if she would mind giving her opinion as I tried on both the small and medium size. Made a decision and swapped my hoodie for a smaller size....excellent!
