Good staff
I often shop in Fat Face Meadowhall . I like lots off things about the brand . I particularly like the fact that some of the members of the team have been there a good while . To me it says a lot about the company .
Often when I visit there is a lady there si try h d as short blond ish hair . ( about 25 ish ??) she is very knowledgeable about the range of stuff and offers good advice . She is friendly and helpful . She may be a manager ? Not sure . Anyway ... she does a good job and nothing is too much trouble for her .

Trousers, great style and lightweight perfect for summer
I liked a pair of trousers in the Meadowhall shop, great style in a lovely lightweight material for this hot summer. Sadly, the colour I liked was not in stock in my size. The assistants were very helpful and they provided the details so that I could find them online and which made ordering straightforward. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. No probs.

Ordered Sunday for delivery to store Monday. Apparently then delivered to wrong store. Arranged they would be delivered to my address on the Tuesday. Never arrived. Ditto Wednesday. Now after several phone calls at store awaiting my collection. Dreadful service.
