The staff at the Meadowhall Sheffield…
The staff at the Meadowhall Sheffield branch were very friendly and a great place to pop in and have a look around. I was happy with my purchase (x2 T-Shirts), but I felt for what they were, they seemed a little over priced. £55 in total. However, overall, I was happy with my experience and I would deffinatley return again to Fatface.

Best flip flop
Buy the Harris flip flop sandal every year for the last few years. So comfy between the toes. Only ones I have found my husband can wear. Would recommend

Good quality and stylishp
Like a few pieces every year, good quality reasonably priced clothes and accessories. It would be nice to see a few more A-line simple knee length dresses that are flattering instead of everything being waisted though. Many of the tops are fussy but the boxy stripe with a short shirt collar is fantastic

Amazing customer service from Sheffield …
Amazing customer service from Meadowhall Sheffield store. I went in the store today after staying overnight & Shirley was fabulous. She went out of her way to try & find everything I needed for my upcoming holiday. Shirley was pleasant, helpful & courteous, she obviously loves her job & hopefully Fatface appreciate her.

All cotton jumper
The cotton is very good quality and an attractive pattern. I bought the green one and was delighted so then ordered the blue one. The shade of blue didn’t suit me so I returned it.

Had a very good experience in Fat Face Sheffield Meadowhall yesterday . After helpful advice from the assistant I decided to order a dress and denim jacket as they hadn’t my size in store. Easy enough you would think but there were problems with the computer . There always is when someone is watching ! It was sorted but all the staff were very apologetic . I left feeling like a valued customer rather than what often happens as being classified a silly old pensioner!Well done Fat Face Meadowhall.

Please with the overall order process , although I was disappointed to see that I was unable to collect my order from store. The ‘collect from Store’ seems to be hit and miss, sometimes available, sometimes not.
