Friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely shopping experience
Customer service the way it should be. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone always happy to help. Many places could learn a lot from how these ladies run the store.

Really good quality.
Really pleased with the quality of the clothes & they arrived when they said they would. Only thing the courier delivering threw the bag over our waist high fence instead of going through our gate, so lucky that nothing breakable inside.
I had to return a few items as they didn’t suit me but that was easy & staff in store were polite and helpful.

Great staff in Newbury
I took my 98 yr old but still very fashionable grandmother into Fatface Newbury yesterday and we had a really great experience thanks to Trudie. She was so helpful searching out clothes in store that she thought might be suitable. She couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. We came out with 4 pairs of trousers, 2 tops and a scarf between us and my grandmother really loved the experience and feeling special. Thanks so much Trudie!

I ordered the snoopy tote bag online…
I ordered the snoopy tote bag online and was emailed to say that it would be there to pick up in the shop on Tuesday 15th April. Then received email saying it has been delayed, should be there by 18th. I went in the shop on Friday, the shop assistant (lovely as she was) said that they hadn’t had the delivery. I went in on Saturday 19th and the shop assistant checked the back and the computer and told me that the bag still hadn’t been delivered and didn’t know why or where it was.
Cannot the fault the shop assistants, they were very helpful.

Excellent quality clothes and fabrics. It’s a shame they stopped their children clothes.
