On Line Letdown
Whilst the product is good and the shop staff very helpful I do feel let down by the on-line system. I arranged store delivery well in advance but kept getting delay notices. I was in Norwich for an appointment and as I have a 40 mile round trip I arrange all my pickups for the same day. Out of politeness I called into the shop to cancel my order but when they checked the delivery was there despite still receiving texts to say it wasn't.

Perfect Jeans Kept, Easy Returns for extras
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans in different sizes to compare - size 10 fit perfectly - love them! Top unfortunately was too big and smaller sizes out of stock. I returned the extra pair of jeans and top to store and it was really easy to return. Shop Assistant was lovely too. Love Fatface! X

I collected from store
I bought excellent quality pj bottoms in the sale for an excellent price. I got it dropped off in the store so it saved delivery cost as I know I would be going into the city. That was convenient.

Awful Returns Policy
Bought some slippers as a gift which were unfortunately wrong size. As a gift I removed the price from the bottom of them when I tried to return them to the Norwich store I was told I was not able to return them even with my proof of purchase. What a disgrace!

Poor customer service
Part of my online order did not arrive on time to the shop and I was told rather than have the missing item from the shop - which they had - i had to return for the 2nd parcel. As I live an hour away and was not planning to come back to Norwich this was very inconvenient.

My fat face review
My experience on my fat face purchases. I was checking my emails and I saw fat face was having a quick sale so I gave it a look ended up buying five items. One was a jumper lovely and warm and well made. I bought a lounge wear long sleeved top which I liked so much I bought another three in different colours. Which got the approval of my wife so I know I done good 😂
