I had a remarkable experience at the Fat Face store in Portland, Maine, on Black Friday. I consistently shop at your store during this event, as my family is local to the area. The staff was exceptional and incredibly accommodating. However, I was quite disappointed to find that there were no pajamas available for men, women, or children. It is well-known that Fat Face specializes in pajamas, and being informed by the staff that we would need to order them online due to their unavailability in-store this year was quite disheartening. This situation represents a significant loss for the company, and I empathize with the store regarding the revenue they are missing by not providing these essential items to customers in person. The team did an outstanding job of soothing my family's concerns, as I was initially inclined to leave the store. Now, I am left with the option to order online, which is not the most favorable situation. Nonetheless, I must commend the excellent team in Portland.

I had the BEST experience with the Portland Maine store and the associates there (Brandon, Emily, Anthony). They had festive bevies for holiday shopping, were so kind to my Mom and me, and helped me pick out some adorable gifts.

To corporate: I’m DEPRESSED that you are ending the kids line :( I love FatFace’s kids clothing quality. RIP

I was in the dressing room for 20 minutes and no one stopped to check in me a single time.

I love your clothing, however you don't carry the larger sizes in the store 18 & 20. Don't tell me that larger sizes don't sell. its the tiny sizes that don't sell but you have plenty of them. Larger sizes in other stores go 1st and fast! So because I like your clothing, I order online.

Went into Portland location to try on specific dress that they didn’t have in yet. Sales assoc was so nice I decided to stay and shop and glad I did. Found great outfit for upcoming vaca. That type of service with a smile is lacking today. And find this common with FatFace. Well done.

I was in your Portland Maine store for the first time and the staff was very helpful. They only had 1 color of the shorts I bought so I went on line and ordered more. Great quality and very comfortable.

I had a store credit that was done in ‘invisible ink’ but the staff person figured it out, perhaps she also works on decoding government missions!😊 Other two staff were also very professional and friendly.

This is my second pair of FatFace shoes (if that says anything). They are made with great leather & look good too. All FatFace product has passed the quality test with flying colors!

I loved the sweater but the pants didn't fit so I went into the store. The two sales people were super helpful and quick with processing the return.

Having purchased four or five clothing items from you, I have to say that they're well-made and styled.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Once I came home, from my travels, I ordered a jacket and the airiie top. I love them. They're warm, cute, and good quality. I can't wait to buy more clothes from FatFace.

Great service - really remarkable. Unfortunately I had to return something due to a zipper issue. But the return process was quick, painless and pleasant. As on my other visits, the store staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are to be commended.

Need to return an item. Shipping label to return was missing in the package. Drove to a Fatface store in Portland, Maine but was told they can't take the return because they have too much inventory.
I then wrote to customer service on how to return item and have yet to receive a response.
Terrible customer service and will not be ordering online from Fatface again.

I had a very bad experience trying to return an online purchase instore. The very reason I purchased online was that I read that I could return, if needed, in person. When I arrived to the store I was told they weren't excepting mail order returns. When I explained that I researched this prior to purchasing, I was told they could only back items that were being sold in the store. When I pointed to the dress on display and explained that it was the item I needed to return, I was then told the store had too much inventory and because of the current sale being held they couldn't take any more inventory in. This entire exchange was extremely frustrating as the reasons for not accepting my return changed after each of my responses. My only option was to return my purchase by mail and I got extremely nervous the items wouldn't arrive back within the allowed return period and I'd be out 180.00. I eventually received my credit but I honestly wasn't confident I would. How could I trust the process after all that?
