Fat Face Rocks!
The St Andrew's fatface staff were outstanding!! They went above and beyond to help me out. I went in for a bit of holiday shopping and I was blown away by the lovely selection they had in store. The staff very kindly gave me advice on style and fit. Can't wait to wear my new Mariah Dress on my holiday!

Great customer service at FatFace St Andrews!
I recently bought my partner a few pairs of shorts for our upcoming holiday, unfortunately they didn't quite fit, so I had to return them for an exchange!
Usually I dread having to return items to shops, but Natasha was super helpful and helped me find what I needed to replace the items.
Will definitely be returning to this branch!

Just picked up my new baby blue summer dress from the team at Fat Face and as ever met with the sunniest welcome and they remembered I was going to Berlin with a St Andrews T-shirt for a friend. Shop doors locked
Travelled 10 miles to collect parcel at 4pm today to find doors locked and sign saying ‘back soon’. I phoned shop at 4.20pm today to be told it might be 4.30-4.45 before open. I had a further appointment to go onto so therefore could not wait…..only hope my parcel is not returned before I’m able to travel to collect again! Very disappointed!

Fantastic service at this store
Fantastic service at this store - greeted with a smile by staff. One staff member was particularly helpful (J something?) when choosing a dress for my girlfriend. Got a very nice VW top too, will be back!

Fantastic Customer Service
I recently went to Fatface in St Andrews and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I received great fashion advice from an employee, Kirsty, which made me feel much more confident in the clothes I purchased. Since then all my friends have complimented the clothes I bought. I will be going again.
