Perfect Customer Service
The customer service from Fat Face is fantastic. I returned a lovely jacket that I bought online because it wasn't quite the colour I wanted. The refund was processed in the Tunbridge Wells store very quickly and my postage refunded. I will definitely be buying more from this store.

I ordered an item online for a birthday present to be collected from my local store. It was easy to order and arrived at the shop in 2 days rather than the the 5 to 7 days stated.

Tun Wells Fat Face Store helpful staff
I went to the Tun Wells Fat Face store and was really really helped out by a staff member - Charlie.
I purchased a gift for my gf but i bought the wrong size so i wanted to exchange them. I had lost the receipt and gift receipt. The store did not have size i needed i was helped to find another item, and then as they were running it through on the till i changed my mind and wanted to get something else, which was fine.
I was really helped out and treated really well even though i was being a bit annoying.

Prices a bit high but usually worth it. Need to be a bit careful on sizing so always best to try things on before buying. Helpful staff who aren't pushy.

I would’ve put 5 stars, but I had to pay for postage on some items, unfortunately they don’t group them which is a shame. Customer service great in store and I did get some items delivered as I raided the sale.

Natural fibres, great service
Lots of natural fibres, good selection of colours (not just the 'trendy' stuff that doesn't suit everyone). Fast delivery and easy returns of online orders. Very friendly and helpful staff in high street shops.

Good Customer service.
We bought one men's shirt online, a large, half price in the sale, which was great.
The other two shirts bought, were mediums ~ we took a chance as in the sale, but sadly these were too snug.
We took these to our local store, in Tunbridge Wells, and were served cheerfully and given an instant refund, no problem at all.
