Great Customer Service
I visited fatface Tavistock the other day and I needed a pair of jeans, Issey and Vicky helped me find the right style and length. Thank you, all of the staff were lovely!

Fat Face purchase
My order arrived quickly and the staff in the shop were very efficient when I collected it. I find Fat Face to be very good and always shop with this brand . The returns policy is also very good and I know I always get good value for money .

I was unable to collect my parcels by the date given, as I was ill and then the weather was very bad so I couldn't drive to Tavistock, so I phoned Fat Face helpline and a lovely helpful lady extended my pick up date for me, which enabled me to collect safely.

The sales assistant, Issey, was very kind and helpful in finding the right size, colour and style to suit me. I recommend shopping at Fatface, especially if you can be served by Issey.
I like to regularly shop at Fatface stores and found this occasion was a very positive experience.

Helpful staff!
A big thank you to the lovely Issey who helped me when I was last in the shop. I was struggling to find the top I wanted in my size. Not only did she order it to the store for me but she also pointed out similar items I may like. Very helpful and a very friendly girl.
