Great shop and very helpful staff but…
Great shop and very helpful staff but item to be returned. Sadly, the 5 pocket jeggings of old, which are normally so good for fit, stretch and comfort have changed and not for the better. They are now uncomfortable with a stiffness to the fabric and lack of stretch, particularly at the waistband. They also have a shiny look to them which is not great. Please return to the original product Fat Face.

I tried on a regular 14 for the sussex jacket in store, but sleeves & body of coat too long, noticed that a petite option is available to order online which I did, fit & size perfect for my 5' 2" frame with room for a jumper underneath, love the hood that comes with it as many alternatives don't have a hood

Good web site - easy to navigate. Great clothes, good quality if a bit pricey. You get what you pay for. Good shops as well if you prefer.

Better customer service than Mark's and Spencers
They're the only shop in Whiteley that offer customer service. They say hello, they ask if you need help then...get this as it'll blow your mind- they find your size, go upstairs to see if they're definitely out of that particular stock, they remind you to use your loyalty card, then they tell you how much the total is and thank you for shopping there. It's almost like a shop should be. Madness I tell you
