Better customer service than Mark's and Spencers
They're the only shop in Whiteley that offer customer service. They say hello, they ask if you need help then...get this as it'll blow your mind- they find your size, go upstairs to see if they're definitely out of that particular stock, they remind you to use your loyalty card, then they tell you how much the total is and thank you for shopping there. It's almost like a shop should be. Madness I tell you

Excellent experience
Easy website to negotiate. Click and collect to choice of shops and refunds available in store. Couldn't get online in store to retrieve my order details but the friendly and efficient assistant just looked it up on system with no issues.

It was easy to order online
It was easy to order online. My goods arrived early into the store and I was informed via email. The assistant in the store at Whiteley was welcoming and friendly and dealt with me quickly. The product is extremely good quality.

Good prompt service
Website was easy to use, could pay as a guest without having to get an account, goods arrived on time and notifications to me were prompt.
