Scammers.

Fatfreq doesn't deliver what you order or answer questions about it. Also doesn't repay the full amount when orders are cancelled.

Experience with Scarlet Mini repairs

After only a month of use, the left bass driver stopped working, so I sent it back for warranty repair in August 2024. It’s now been almost three months, with repairs postponed multiple times, from September to November, without resolution.

I’ve reached out to Yeo several times requesting an update or refund, but I’ve only received silence up till now. I’m disappointed by the lack of communication and support on this issue. Hoping to get this resolved soon.

Don't buy direct from FatFreq

Terrible service - I paid for the Deuce IEM back in July, promised for release at the end of August. All seemed above board and trustworthy. It's now mid October and after contacting Fat Freq multiple times without a proper update, I received an email yesterday with a Singapore Post shipping reference - which turned out to be unrecognised and untrackable. At the same time, I was reading that people who bought from retailers were getting their IEMs delivered without issue. The companies logistics are obviously very weak - don't buy direct from them

Update of a weard refund! If you paid them, Then no shipping on promised time, Kiss it good-bye.

I asked them to cancel my order a few days ago. got a refund but wait! its minus a worth of about 70$US out of more than 270$US. I messaged them for it may be an error and not intentional move by them, that would be a first. worth a big campaign allover. I'd keep update this with result of this sad purchase went very wrong.
Order #11983
I purchased the pre sailed FatFreq x HBB earphones as I am glad for that collaboration back at the end of July.
The shipping promised date was right after AUG 30th.
To date no package shipped no communication other than a delay for the earphones would get an “upgrade” in the form of an “impedance” adapter! Nothing else.
As I know that means the tuning of the earphone went wrong, or at least off attempted target to slab that addition right at the start of the mass shipping.
So, they use to respond promptly to my emails responding with some delay tactics, they gave me the stone-wall of no responding to my order cancelation request!
I’d give them tell the end of this month to issue the refund, or I have to get my payment card issuer to extract it from their cold-hearted greedy hands.
BTW, after some research I did on various social media and Hi-Daf audio related sights, I read about many people very bad after-sail experiences with FATfreq unfortunately .
If I didn’t know they are a true company that makes good IEM’s I’d accuse them as scammers, but I know they’re not.
So be very careful dealing with them as they obviously have no respect for their customers other than taken their money real quick and deliver very late or maybe never until people get a long time process refund.

They take you money, but can't deliver.

Website says expect delays of up to 3 weeks from purchase. I've been waiting since 20th march, I wouldn't have made the purchase if I knew I'd have to wait this long. Haven't received my money back yet. I Messaged the seller on 7/5/2024 asking for my money back as soon as possible. Still waiting today 29/6/24.
