Fathom works really well with MS Teams. Sometimes when MS Teams hasn’t notified me of a meeting, Fathom has picked it up instead. It also prompts me to record meetings, which is particularly useful for many of my compliance-related discussions, and it provides excellent summary information afterwards.

The notes are amazing, and it's like giving them back to you word for word, but also in context. This has helped me out a lot going through them and using it for feedback and productivity.

I usually have meetings every day, and it really helps me a lot with taking notes and making sure I don’t miss any important details from the meeting. Especially since sometimes I’m not fully focused during the meeting, Fathom has been really, really helpful for me.

I use it mainly to stay fully engaged during meetings while the AI handles note-taking, produces instant summaries, and tracks follow-ups, which saves significant time on post-meeting documentation and ensures nothing important is missed.

Fanthom is a HUGE HELP in my meetings, sending a precise and practical summary. It helps me remember the items discussed in the meeting, and I can send meeting minutes to the relevant parties.

Fathom is really awesome. It really saves me most of the time because of the transcript availability which is not avilable in our teams meetings.

I went from spending 45 minutes to an hour writing up notes for my coaching clients, to spending less that 5 minutes. I just created a template that suits my coaching using the AI feature and in a matter of seconds, at the end of a call, I have amazing notes I can send directly to the client. When I have 3 to 4 clients a day, I am literally saving myself 3+ hours a day. That has meant everything to my family.

The email summaries after the meeting make using the platform extremely valuable, so having many meetings per day often leads to gaps in processing The fact that you easily can go over next steps and action them even days after a meeting is really helpful

I entried into a video conference today and nobody advised me that this app was running. Apart of that, when the report arrived, conclussions were wrong and also invented a transcription that never existed. This should be report to GDPR nacional hub.

What I like most about Fathom is how it organises my meeting notes. It doesn’t write down every single word, which I actually prefer. Instead of including all the small, unnecessary details, it pulls out the important points and puts them into a clear, easy-to-read format. The summaries are simple, tidy, and ready to send straight after the call.
Overall, it just makes meetings easier to manage. I don’t have to spend time writing up notes or trying to remember what was said. Everything is structured nicely for me, which saves time and makes follow-ups much smoother.

Fathom makes it incredibly easy to understand the outcomes of a call. My team relies heavily on the summary’s key topics and next actions. Being able to see what was said at a glance also helps us a lot when defining new processes, and even when following up with questions for a client.

What do you like best about Fathom?

How I literally do not need to take notes and how the app seamlessly summarizes all the important points discussed. It does a way better job than Gemini notes and comes complete with action items, key takeaways, topics discussed, etc. without having to "clean up" the notes which is still required with Gemini notes.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

There is nothing I dislike about it. Today I just discovered that beside each note point it takes, you have the option to click "play" and I presume this will take you to the exact point in the video where the information about the note was mentioned. This is super useful because it means you don't have to watch the entire video and try to guess where that specific point was mentioned.

What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving the problem of having to take notes during calls, which distract from being fully present during a call. It makes me more productive and saves time as the notes are concise and do not need to be edited. They provide an accurate snapshot of exactly what was discussed in the video in a bullet, summary format.

Fathom has drastically increased my ability to be present in calls without missing any key information. I have used it in at least a dozen different ways to help me streamline my day, double check my understanding, build out documentation, send thoughtful recaps or notes. My favorite parts are the transcript easy copy button, and the ability to search in calls.

- if i can't attend a call, i can still go watch the recording to capture the tone, the facial reactions, every little thing!

Fathom is one of the best tools we've used so far as a team (and personally) for business, sales and team productivity. I can't image a life without it. It is very qualitative in transcriptions, and the summaries it generates are out of this world. Great work!

I started using Fathom for my startup a year ago or so. Of the AI recorders I've tried, Fathom's summaries and action items are the most accurate. Their standalone app is simple, along with their extension and UI. My current company uses Read AI and comparing summaries side-by-side, Fathom's is just objectively better.

In meetings I'm involved in, there can be a lot of information from domains I may not have quite as much knowledge in, especially in client calls. And depending on who's talking, it can be difficult to accurately capture everything that was said and write it down quickly enough to reference later. Fathom definitely helps me with that!

Fathom does a fantastic job of summarizing my meetings with clear action items and next steps. It is extremely accurate and can easily distinguish between multiple people in the meeting.
