This website does pay, but Customer support is poor
This website does pay, there is no doubt about that, it allows you to raise levels and has good and varied cryptos to create a decent portfolio.
The complaint is about their customer service, it is totally mediocre, they blocked my account for supposedly using a VPN and there was no such thing, I explained my case to them and not even then, the customer service people don't care at all what happened or anything, apart from their ad says that they block you for 1 week, but they responded that now my block will be for 2 weeks for having complained by email, that's how mediocre and egocentric they are, it's a shame and most likely they will permanently ban my account for this review.

This is a well put together site with plenty of stuff to do to earn btc. It's been going a long time.
Unfortunately they use cloudflare, which sometiems goes off the rails and blocks you for no reason at all.
Usually this will be temporary, and you'll be back in a few days at most. Cloudflare is like google and all the other massive corporations, they really don't care and and have too many customers to worry about any particular individuals.
So if you happen to get "blocked", don't worry too much and check the bottom of the page. If you see the cloudlfare details there, it's not faucetpay who have blocked you, but cloudflare - and they are useless so it's not your fault.

Worked for a bit of time, but now is becoming a joke.
More than half cryptos they should pay with are empty or in a fake maintenance since weeks.
They only answer they gave you are: wait, or chill,or we will fill, but now are at least 3 weeks...
I call it a joke website, hoping it is not just evolving into a scam..

3 weeks while the same cryptos are constantly empty are not "few days to refill". Maybe past years things were working, and they can keep telling this story in all their answers, but now they are falling down..

Turned into scammers
You can submit ads there and if they get rejected you loose all your money. Great service! (Not) I can not edit my ad so it complies with the terms and the support wont help me either. My last 2 ratings here was 5 stars, but this is gone now.
