Ill birds

Was sold 8 budgies, 3 died within 5 days.
Missold a cockatiel and would not refund or exchange.
Matthew Myles is a dishonest and malicious person. Instead of refund or exchange he began accusing me of threatening him!!!
Just need to Google his name and read his court case.
Don't waste your time or money with him or his imported birds.

Great experience. Good genuine company.

Had the great pleasure of buying from fauna trade. Dealt with Matthew. Hard to get through initially but worth continuing. After contact was made I found them to be very responsive, clear and helpful. Very happy got exactly what we wanted. Will be repeat customers for sure.

I arranged to pick up and buy 4 Bourke…

I arranged to pick up and buy 4 Bourke parakeets and a female canary. It took me a hour to get to the home of the seller.
I confirmed , before I arranged the purchase, that the birds were Aviary birds and it was confirmed by the seller that they were.
Purchase went well although I didn't see the birds so I was given what I asked for at a cost of £145
The first night in my Aviary one Bourkes died , I suspected it was the cold weather so I messaged the seller with my thoughts. He then admitted to keeping his birds inside and not in an outdoor aviary.. during the week I lost all the birds I bought as I had no way to get heat into my Aviary.
Basically the seller has blocked me from all sources of messaging him. I've had to involve my Bank, trading standards, fraud , the page he advertised on, Facebook but as of yet he hasn't returned and calls or messages and no refund!!!
Stay clear of this fraudulent seller!!!
