Send a single piece when the reference says there are 10!
I have ordered from this seller for the first time in mars 2025, because they are selling Vaillant boilers pieces.
In my order, there were the Vaillant reference 981155 which is a "Set of 10 o-rings" (original Vaillant description), but to my surprise, I have only received ONE o-ring instead of 10.
(The photo still online on the Faustoricambi site clearly shows "O-ring (PK10)" on it, as does the genuine Vaillant description for this reference, as I said).
Contacted about this issue, Faustoricambi told me that:
- if I wanted the missing o-rings, no compromise was possible: I had to pay the missing o-rings + the shipping cost again: more than 14€ just for postage (no error), for a 1.1€ o-ring that can easily be send in an envelop for about one or two euros...
- it is normal that when a Vaillant code says it's a pack of 10 and their photo shows "PK10", they only send one, because there is only one o-ring out of the bag of 10 on the photo!
(Just to give an image with Italian Pasta: It's a bit like taking a photo of a 500g packet of pasta with one pasta on top to show what it looks like, and then selling the pasta one by one to your customers, even though the photo clearly shows that the packet is 500g weight. That's EXACTLY what happened with my o-rings.)
So I don't recommend this seller at all, they are unprofessional, and if you have a trouble with an order, they won't help you at all, not even accept a compromise (eg send the o-rings in an envelop to minimise postage for me).

Replacement motor for cooling fan - super fast delivery
Ordered replacement motor for Sabiana cooling convector.
Was connecting first through chat to verify time needed for delivery and was given a decent timeline since motor had to be back ordered from the factory.
Motor arrived sooner than expected and delivery was overnight delivery from Italy to Finland.
Very impressed about the quality of the service and delivery.
