All of a sudden I am unable to send outgoing faxes (it will not attach PDF's), nor can I receive any incoming faxes. I cannot open a ticket for help because it is also down and does not work. I finally found an email, and have received NO response. I tried to close my account and that also just DID NOT WORK. There are NO contact numbers

For months I have been unable to receive faxes. Now I am unable to attach files to any fax. I try to submit a support ticket but that will not go through either. There is no contact phone number and no options for any help at all. Do not subscribe to this service.

No response from FAXDECK. Multiple requests, automatic reply that i will hear back in 24 hours. No response.

This company is crap - phone numbers online are also fake. Months of no response from tech support.

My company is having the same problem - our faxes are not readable and no one at the company responds to our help.

For the past two months, unable to receive and send faxes, and it kept charging my credit card. Online inquiries regarding this issue were ignored and were unresolved. It has no actual customer phone service to speak with a live agent. A lawsuit should be filed against this company for disrupting my business.

Unable to send or receive faxes for 2 weeks, emailed support multiple times, no response.

Can't receive or send fax for more than 20 days now. No reply from support. Its an automated email and they never follow thru. Probably out of business and still taking our money. AVOID

We have not received a fax in over a month but have been charged for the service. We fax documents to ourselves...nothing. Up until now we were satisfied with their service but they have ignored 5 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

I have not received a fax in over a month even though I was recently charged for my service. I know it is not working because I fax documents to myself in order to turn them into pdf's. Up until now I was very happy with their service but they have ignored my 2 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

Same as others - they have technical issue for days and days.. This is just a fake service - be careful!

Dangerous company

Faxdeck is either out of business or just taking people's money and not putting faxes through. I know they were purchased in Feb. Was the company shut down on purpose. I have not gotten a fax for 4 days although I am getting confirmations. I also purchased a second fax number as I was desperate. I have gotten messages saying their IT dept is working on it. So sad it was a good company. I would say, find another fax provider.

Have they gone out of business? They are still opening accounts, handing out phone numbers and charging credit cards for the accounts. There has been absolutely no receiving of faxes from any source which is included in the fee. I contacted them regarding this and as many others have said, no response.

Debited our account for payment. We stopped receiving faxes weeks ago and no response from their customer support after numerous attempts. Utterly disappointed that they don't think it was important for them to communicate with their clients if they wanted to discontinue their services. Extremely poor on their part and we lost so many important faxes.

They are not responding to help tickets. Faxes sent to me are not being received by me on fax deck. They have no telephone number for customer service.

Apparently this company is not in operation but yet still seems to be taking monthly debits from my account. I have not been receiving any faxes and they aren’t responding to emails. There is no other form of communication for them. I will be disputing all their charges!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven't received faxes now in nearly 4 weeks. I've been reaching out to Customer Support, via email which apparently is their ONLY method, and no one gets back to you. Save your money and go elsewhere.
