I finally found an email, and have received NO response. I tried to close my account and that also just DID NOT WORK. There are NO contact numbers

For months I have been unable to receive faxes. Now I am unable to attach files to any fax. I try to submit a support ticket but that will not go through either. There is no contact phone number and no options for any help at all. Do not subscribe to this service.

My company is having the same problem - our faxes are not readable and no one at the company responds to our help.

We have not received a fax in over a month but have been charged for the service. We fax documents to ourselves...nothing. Up until now we were satisfied with their service but they have ignored 5 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

I have not received a fax in over a month even though I was recently charged for my service. I know it is not working because I fax documents to myself in order to turn them into pdf's. Up until now I was very happy with their service but they have ignored my 2 attempts to contact them through their customer service portal.

Faxdeck is either out of business or just taking people's money and not putting faxes through. I know they were purchased in Feb. Was the company shut down on purpose. I have not gotten a fax for 4 days although I am getting confirmations. I also purchased a second fax number as I was desperate. I have gotten messages saying their IT dept is working on it. So sad it was a good company. I would say, find another fax provider.

Company discontinued services without notice!
Debited our account for payment. We stopped receiving faxes weeks ago and no response from their customer support after numerous attempts. Utterly disappointed that they don't think it was important for them to communicate with their clients if they wanted to discontinue their services. Extremely poor on their part and we lost so many important faxes.

Apparently this company is not in operation but yet still seems to be taking monthly debits from my account. I have not been receiving any faxes and they aren’t responding to emails. There is no other form of communication for them. I will be disputing all their charges!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven't received faxes now in nearly 4 weeks. I've been reaching out to Customer Support, via email which apparently is their ONLY method, and no one gets back to you. Save your money and go elsewhere.
