Should be called Fax fraud
I have used the app for a year or two and recently when I needed the app it did not work. I was paying the subscription and was not able to send a fax. I asked for a refund because I had to use another app to send my fax. They did not respond to my first email asking for a solution to send my faxes or the email requesting a refund.

Hi Ahmed! Plot twist, you've got the wrong fax service. FaxFree.net is, well, free (the name was a bit of a tell). No subscriptions, no recurring charges, nothing on our end to cancel or refund. Sounds like you signed up with one of the many other fax sites floating around with similar names, honestly kind of a rite of passage in the fax world. If you forward your receipt to support@faxfree.net, we'll happily play detective and help you track down the actual service so you can chase that refund. And once we've solved the mystery together, we'd really appreciate you updating that star rating, our emotional support lamas are taking it personally.
