Members of FBA’s staff are very skillful and helpful people. Overwhelming (at first glance, anyway) tasks are explained in that manner that you can understand even though you have zero experience working with crms etc.

The processes are so well organized that i go months without needing to personally contact the managers. Everything that could be automated is automated. Invoicing flow is pretty straightforward and the CRM sends email notifications about significant status updates. If there are issues though, the managers are quick to respond and helpful. No excess paperwork too! The level of professionalism is impressive.
I've been working with FBA since February 2026, and I can confidently say they are a reliable and professional partner. They help with absolutely everything: document processing, taxes, and legalization in Poland.
