I feel taking advantage of because I thought I have a good deal but everything i read about other people experiences with them i can see why and I wish I had been more careful

I would put a minus five if I could. This is a typical bait and switch scam. I booked a round trip flight and thought it was a done deal. Later that evening my phone and email blows up with FBC agents saying it was urgent I contact them. Which I did. They informed me the flight I booked was a flexible booking subject to cancelations and rescheduling. It does note on their website that some of the flights are subject to this but does not specify which ones. Obviously so they can contact you later an extort more money from you. It ended up being three times the amount I originally paid for. Since I took the risk of a non refundable booking I was not able to get my money back. I hope they enjoy it, because that is the last dime I will ever spend with them.

The service was HORRIBLE, I’m trying to resolve a problem & all they kept mentioning was a feedback survey, instead of trying to help me resolve the problem. I’m trying to figure out how can i get a refund & they hung up on me. I’m still waiting for a cancellation email that they said only takes 5 mins. & I’ve been waiting over a hour for it. I find the people very rude & only worried about themselves. I already received 2 emails about feedback survey.

They are scammers. Do not book with them. They will try to take out more money out of you. They do not book you. It will appear as if you booked by sending the confirmation to your email then email you to call them to finish the reservation, but it's all lies. This company should shut down and be investigated.

Booked a flight for 2, they contacted me saying they can't get me on the flight I booked for so I had to switch flights and charged me the full amount again. So double the price.. not refundable. instead it being $1200 for 2 tickets turned into $2500.. DONT USE THIS SITE FOR PURCHASE. complete scammers..

Scam. Bait and switch scam. Beware. They say that this is for a “promotional “ ticket and requires you to pay extra after you have paid.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this website. After making the payment, I received a confirmation code and expected to receive my flight ticket within the promised time, but by the next morning, no ticket had been issued.

When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they told me I needed to pay more money, even though no additional charges were mentioned initially.

Moreover, they refused to issue the ticket and also refused to provide a refund. Only after I threatened to contact my bank and take legal action did they finally process my refund.

This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of this service. It felt like after taking payment, they tried to pressure me into making additional payments without fulfilling their obligations.

I do not recommend using this website and strongly advise others to be very cautious.

Don't do it!!! No matter how cheap the flight may be. It's non-refundable, they will inform you they are overbooked and you have to upgrade to keep your flight. And if you "upgrade" you're out more money than you would be if you booked from a reputable site.

Very very very big scammers, don’t book a ticket ever here as they call the customer after booking when customer has already paid for the ticket and says because our ticket was 50% off ( which is completely false) there are some restrictions with it like you are not allowed to carry any check in or carry on baggage even if customer is willing to pay at the counter because of the policy with ticket also the worst part airline can decline the boarding any time And if you cancel if within 5 minutes of booking you want to cancel you will lose all the money.

This company contacted me right after booking a flight for 200 dollars and said it was a restricted flight and I cannot carry any luggage and if I wanted to carry luggage it would be an additional 350 dollars... and I could not cancel the flight.. contacted united airlines and gave them reservation number and they said they do not have a flight under my name and number..they have been calling me non stop since tryin to get me to pay the additional money... scam if you ask me

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Book round trip tickets I was excited at first because I got it for cheap but then they called me and told me lots of stuff that’s ruin my trip saying need change the day or time and I need to pay more money I said I am not willing to pay because I already bought the round trip ticket why I should pay more and why switch the day and told me that I can only fly one way??? I said I paid for round trip why give me one way ticket he said because the ticket is higher and because I don’t want to pay extra!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

SCAM!!! U buy the ticket for a cheap price and then they call you and say u can’t bring luggage and it’s nonrefundable so you’re basically forced to upgrade and it’s a lot more than a regular flight somewhere else. F ing scammers!

They bait and switch....they said we had to be able to fly a different week and different location but if we gave another 2600 dollars we can have the tickets we bought....after we bought and they called over and over but we were at church....once they talked to us....the first thing they asked....did you read the fine print?? Disgusting company that I will try my best to protect others from and hopefully get shut down

Totally scam. Will not recommend unless you want to end up paying more . First they denied issuing the tickets after booking the flight for the price it was showing on there website for the economy flight saying it was a promotional price then later they as advised to upgrade to ‘main cabin’ to travel on same date which I did paying double the price and ultimately they reserved economy class by taking additional upgrade fees . After that no response from them

This is a terrible and scam company. They took my credit card details and booked through their credit card, and then called me asking for extra money for baggage purposes. When I declined, they cancelled my ticket, and now I got charged for my cancelled ticket. This is a clear case of scam. I don’t know how this company is operating, and I can’t do anything. My money is gone.

Horrible scam! This is a lie. I bought what seemed to be a ticket online. Did not receive any ticket. The next day, a representative called me and I found out that what I thought I was buying is not at all what it is in reality. They did not send a ticket and when I spoke with the representative, they could not guarantee any of the elements presented when I bought the ticket: the dates were not available, the airports would change. If I wanted to travel the dates that were presented to me at the time of purchase, I would have to pay an extra 600 dollars. They took my money and did not provide the product they were selling. This is a huge scam. I asked the representative to refund me, all she could do was to read a script.
Two days later, I still have no ticket  but a lying email talking about unsuccessful attempts to contact me. 

Do not use these people! It's a total scam. Gave me a date of a week later then I actually booked for my uncle which put him flying after his vacation which means he couldn't fly and I lost my money because he couldn't fly. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Lied to me and tried to up-sell.
After booking my flight, I was called by a sales person, seeming to try to intimidate me into paying for an upgrade. After deciding to keep my reservation, two days later, I was called and told my return flight was confirmed but the departure was not. I was given an option of paying over double for the same ticket, or I could leave on my trip three weeks after the return, which is physically impossible. She still told me that it was terms and conditions, and I should be flexible with the cost or the dates. Very disappointing.

I would give no stars if possible. They are a scam company. advertise low fare, do not disclose it is standby, and then charge more than double what you originally paid to get a confirmed booking. no refunds so when you pay the first amount your stuck going with them. Stay away!!!!!!!
