Effective headache treatment

For the past two years I had between 3 to 4 headaches per week, I thought ibuprofen and just deal with it, it was gonna be the way of living my life for ever.
Since I started with Thomas two months ago everything is getting better and better every week, I started with a weekly treatment of acupuncture + some exercises later on and today I’m able to say that I don’t have headaches anymore, it’s been 3 weeks now whit out any pain and a month whit out painkillers. Really good professional and a better person. 100% recommended :)
