This is a great company. A fantastic resource for anyone owning a German car, in my case 2 Mercedes. I am a bit of a do it yourself person. They have saved me so much money on parts and supplies. I ordered my parts on Sunday and even opted to pay a small shipping charge so I could get my parts Thursday jan 9th instead of risking it for Friday. My son who is serving in the US Navy in Norfolk Virginia had put in for leave this weekend (11,12 ) so we could do some much needed car repairs. Monday evening I see an email saying your shipment has been delayed you will recieve tuesday 14th . Well I called and had to first get through the robot to a human, and when I reached cust service and ex;plained my situation I said maybe we should just cancel the order I'll buy from world pac instead. She said no we can ship your parts out overnight . I asked if she was sure because I couldnt have this go wrong. She told me no prob on Tuesd you'll get an email with tracking. I checked my email tuesday and found a ridiculous question from her, " the trans fluid is backordered do you want the rest of the order ?" . I replied saying yes please ship asap . She ignored the email , sent another email wednesday " hello are you there I need my parts should I order elsewhere ? " , No reply again so now its Thursday morning the 9th , I call , they say oh sorry she forgot to reply but we can still ship your order out. I said ok but are you sure because this is the last day I can get parts from world pac . Cust service told me yes we can get them to you. OK please ship asap I need these parts. Then Thursday afternoon I get an email only a partial order has shipped . I called to find out what was coming , of the entire 472.00 order only two brake rotors were shipped and I was asked did I want the rest ???? WTF is wrong with these people ???? FCP you really screwed me over and screwed over my son who is in desperate need of car repair but works watch on weekends at his Navy base in Norfolk . Absolute garbage company with very stupid customer service reps.

I have been diving saab cars since i was 16 and when i need to find something or just a maintenance item FCP Euro is my go too.

SCAM: FCP Euro Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Every auto part you buy from FCP Euro is guaranteed for life, for as long as you own the vehicle. Deceptive not trustworthy.

True meaning of Lifetime warranty: The manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts at no cost for the duration of the product's life

Their meaning: Only your purchase price is guaranteed. No replacement, no refund unless you repurchase at “whatever” price.

Purchased a part for $60 and it broke. They will not replace or refund unless I repurchase. Current price $133, would only refund $60.

Also, my original part was still functioning after 15 years. Thought to replace as preventive maintenance with a genuine original part that should have lasted just as long, but it only lasted 4 years. They are selling cheap fake parts as original equipment when it isn’t, I have pictures and sales receipt. Cheap fake poorly made parts sold at a premium as original equipment with a warranty they never intend to honor.

I tried to reason with two customer service agents to no avail. They are manipulating the meaning of the phrase “Lifetime replacement guarantee” which does not require fine print. Maybe limited lifetime guarantee, but no, lifetime replacement guarantee is deceitful when it is redefined from its true meaning. Also, I wish I could upload comparative pictures of the original and the alleged genuine for your own judgement. No way these are genuine OE.

The only reason I buy and continue to buy parts from FCP because of their lifetime warranty policy. If you own a BMW and planning to keep it at top notch performance, FCP is your friend.
