Future Connect Training & Recruitment 

I attended a consultation with Future Connect because I was considering enrolling in one of their training programmes. After the meeting, I decided not to proceed, and I'm glad I trusted my instincts.

The first thing that concerned me was the pricing. I was initially quoted a very high fee, but after I hesitated, the price suddenly dropped by hundreds of pounds. It left me wondering whether the original price was genuine and whether different people are charged different amounts depending on what they are willing to pay.

I was also given the impression that completing the course would significantly improve my chances of getting a job. However, when I asked more detailed questions, it became clear that there was no guaranteed job placement. Instead, I was told about additional paid services, such as interview preparation and extra courses, which would cost even more. It felt like there was always another service to buy.

During the consultation, I asked about how the training was delivered. I later discovered from former students that much of the classroom teaching involved watching pre-recorded videos rather than receiving live instruction from experienced tutors. That wasn't what I expected from an in-person training provider.

The overall sales approach made me uncomfortable. I felt there was more emphasis on getting me to sign up and pay quickly than on understanding my career goals or explaining exactly what I would receive. Some of the claims sounded impressive at first, but the more questions I asked, the less confidence I had.

After leaving the consultation, I spent time reading independent reviews and speaking to people who had completed the course. Based on everything I learned, I decided to look elsewhere.

Everyone should do their own research before committing to a course that costs thousands of pounds. Ask detailed questions, compare providers, and don't feel pressured into signing anything on the day. I'm very pleased that I walked away.

This training Centre was a waste of money for me. The lessons were mainly pre-recorded videos, the tutors were not very helpful, and I felt there was constant pressure to buy additional courses and services. My overall experience was poor, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to avoid this training centre.
The biggest disappointment was the quality of the teaching. Even if you attend in person, the lessons are mostly just pre-recorded online videos being played in the classroom. There is very little actual teaching or interaction. I also found the tutors to be unhelpful and unable to provide the level of support I expected.

The pricing was another major concern. I was initially given a very high quote, but when I questioned it, they immediately offered a discount of around £700. That made me wonder how much other students may have paid if they didn't negotiate.

Before I enrolled, I felt I was given the impression that they would help me secure a job after completing the course. However, after joining, the support I expected wasn't there. Instead, I was offered additional paid services, such as interview preparation for around £500, with no guarantee of a job. I also felt pressured to enrol on more courses costing hundreds of pounds more.

My experience with customer service was equally disappointing. When I wanted to stop studying and asked about a refund in line with their stated policy, I found it very difficult to get a clear response. My emails went unanswered, and phone conversations did not resolve my concerns.
Overall, I felt that once the payment had been made, the focus shifted from supporting students to selling additional courses and services.
I would not recommend this training centre. There are many other training providers that genuinely support their students, provide better-quality teaching, and offer transparent pricing. Based on my experience, I suggest doing thorough research before enrolling here.

My experience with Future Connect was fabulous. Trainers were very helpful and provided all the small information which helps in the training, seating with students and help them through every little things.

I did my accounting training from Future Connect and they are only making money. I had put up a review and the guy rom their company threatened me to remove my review and I got scared and removed it. The lady director is very rude and bossy and she will start screaming at you if you ask her for the money back. She is just there to take your hard earned money and then when you want help she will not help you. She will also talk in a poor English with you.All the reviews here are asked by trainers under pressure. Please don’t be fooled by what they say and do. Stay away from them.

Future Connect is a very good training provider. The staff are helpful, friendly, and always ready to guide students. I gained good work experience and learned practical skills that helped me in my job search. They are a good employer and provide strong support throughout the training.

Very disappointing experience. I felt I was given misleading expectations, communication was poor, and support was lacking when I needed it most. They pressurised me to enrol but Once I had signed up, it became difficult to get clear answers or resolve my concerns. I would advise others to do thorough research and carefully read all terms and contract before committing.

Happy to share my experience with Future connect training at Hounslow office. I have got good knowledge of accounting software, VAT return and payroll.the tutor is very supportive and helpful. They have many more courses, I will recommend everyone who wants to pursue career in accounting or finance filed.

Excellent Training support for students

My experience with Future connect as a student has been very helpful and motivating. The course content was easy to understand and focused on practical learning rather than only theory. The trainers explained concepts clearly and guided me whenever i needed help.

I had a great overall experience, AAT level 2 teaching was excellent and I aced the exam successfully. The support given throughout the account assistant training was also superb

Having already completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, I enrolled in this Bookkeeping and Payroll course mainly to gain practical experience with the software used in industry. It helped me bridge the gap between theory and practice, especially in payroll processing and digital bookkeeping. I now feel much more prepared for professional roles that require hands‑on system skills.

Great experience with the team at FC training. Just finished AAT level 3 with some practical experience. They have professional trainers who fully help you out at each step of the learning. Previously I have bought courses from other colleges that were not as delivered as advertised. But this firm certainly knows what they are doing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to gain accounting experience.
