Good course. Good training for payroll.

I had a very positive experience training in accounting with Future Connect Training and Recruitment. The course was practical and well organised, and the tutors were knowledgeable, supportive, and clear in their explanations. Working with real accounting software really helped build my confidence. I would definitely recommend Future Connect to anyone looking to develop a career in accounting in the UK.

I had a very positive experience at the Future Connect Training & Recruitment - Mile End - East London. The staff were highly cooperative and always willing to help. They answered every question clearly and patiently, which made the learning process much easier and more effective.

I have completed my Accounts Assistant Training in November 2025.
It was great experience. Training Staff are very Professional, Friendly, polite.
I have really enjoyed my Training journey and looking forward further Management Training Course in April 2026, due to I am on Holidays in India and will go back to UK in end of March and start Management Accounts Training Course in 1st week of April 2026.

Future Connect provided useful and organised training. The staff were helpful and the learning resources were good. I’d also like to mention my tutor, Omkar, who was particularly supportive and clear in his explanations — his guidance made the learning process much easier. A few improvements could be made in communication, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience.

I got extremely best experience in the bookkeeping through the accounting softwares such as sage 50,Quickbook and Xero softwares. When I joined before with the Future Connect Training Center, I don't have any knowledge about these softwares but now I have gotten best and smart experience with these softwares. Additionally my trainer gives good practice to me everyday as friendly. Thus I have learned quickly without any delays. Furthermore I have finished my bookkeeping course within a month. Thank you for your time and good support to me.

Great on-the-spot support from the tutors at the Manchester centre. My tutors were very patient and made sure concepts were grasped as easily as possible. This has been a huge asset to my practical experience given that I had no prior experience in accounting.

Digital Accounting training videos and trainers were very helpful. My trainer Umme was cooperative and helpful and in branch, Anshul also helped me in learning the difficult topics.
The training served as a great refresh of my digital skills whilst learning about Bookkeeping, VAT filing, Payroll and advance Excel.

I have donw my AAT LEVEL 2 from Future Connect Training. Having basic accounting knowledge it helped in order to get the training i needed with UK accounting standards. The trainers were really helpful.

I was a person with no accounting experience but when I got into future connect training. I found that accounting is not very difficult the way I thought it would be. Learning from this place gave me thorough knowledge of how accounting works and I learnt a lot of things. The trainers are very friendly and really good I'll say, whenever I had any query regarding any of the topics they would always solve it without getting hesitate. I completed one course provided by Future Connect Training. The course content and delivery by the tutors were satisfactory, and the trainers were generally supportive throughout the learning process. I did not experience issues with the delivery of this completed course.

However, my overall experience has been significantly undermined by serious administrative and contractual issues relating to a separate course. I am currently involved in a formal dispute regarding payment and cancellation rights, including concerns about the provision of required pre-contract information, contractual documentation, and the handling of my cancellation request once these issues were raised. Communication in relation to this matter has been inconsistent and unsatisfactory.

While the completed training itself was delivered without issue, the lack of transparency and the manner in which the dispute has been managed have materially affected my confidence in the organisation. As a result, I do not intend to engage with this provider again. Prospective learners are advised to ensure that all terms, conditions, and documentation are provided in full and clearly understood in writing before entering into any payment agreement.

This review reflects both the completed training and the ongoing unresolved dispute relating to a separate course, which is why a low rating is appropriate.

I recently completed the Bookkeeping, VAT, Payroll and accounts assitant Training at Future Connect Training Institute, and I found the training both engaging and highly practical. The training was well structured, easy to follow, and supported by clear, straightforward materials.

the video, booklet and zoom for any support I needed Saad was there to support me. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, supportive, and articulate throughout the training. They provided excellent guidance and introduced me to key accounting software such as Sage 50 Accounting, Sage Payroll, Advanced Excel, QuickBooks, and Xero Accounting, which gave me valuable hands on experience.

This training has boosted my confidence and equipped me with practical skills that I can apply in real world. I will definitely and 100% sure that, with the support of Future Connect, I will secure a role in this field soon.

I recently finished a Business Admin Skills Bootcamp course with FC Training online. The course was professionally run with a lot of information given on the various aspects of business administration, including using Microsoft packages, AI and Sage Accounts/Payroll. The tutors Anam and Sammar were both very knowledgeable and very patient when anyone was unsure about a topic, giving excellent advice when needed.
