I’ve received 7 animals from FearNotTarantulas and all arrived in great health! They were packed well, an included habitat came with bonus decor, and all are currently thriving and growing well.

I've ordered from Fear Not many times and always received wonderful service. The tarantulas are beautiful and well-cared for. They have always arrived safe and well packaged for the trip. Prices are competitive and they price match! To top it off, all of the people there are wonderful. Highly recommend Fear Not for your tarantulas and other invertebrates.

Recently purchased the Walk In The Park package and couldn't be happier. The customer service was excellent. The products and information they provide to care for your tarantulas is excellent. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will definitely order again.

I got my first tarantula from here. It was a great experience, they were kind enough to wait a couple weeks to ship it because of my work schedule in relation to the sale they were having and were great about answering any questions i had. My spider arrived with no problems and is thriving for me. I will definitely get my next spider from them.

The previous 1-star reviewer is unhinged. I have no association with this company besides being a happy customer. This guy is on a rampage because the company simply asked for photos of the deceased animals, which is industry standard. And has now resorted to personal attacks. I don't know these folks political beliefs and could care less. They very well may differ from mine. But what matters is they're good people and they do good business. I've made several orders, and the one time I received a DOA they were very helpful helping me determine if it was actually gone, and then refunded my purchase.

This sounds like a case of husbandry error, and rather than reflect and try to do better, he's taking it out on this business. I wouldn't do further business or trust my animals with him either.

I have received 20+ tarantulas, other spiders, and even a millipede from Fear Not Tarantulas - all arrived on time, healthy, and have all been thriving. The company is fantastic and always fixes any issues that arise.

By the way my Facebook is very much still active d y k, es These people are absolutely shitty people. 1st and for most, they label trantulas incorrectly, 2nd we complained because we had two spiders die that were supposed to be "hardy". When we contacted them they wanted pics , that would have been fine, but they were rude and and persistent about it, my wife and I were both at work. After we were told they wouldn't be doing anything for us in so many words I left two bad reviews and told everyone who brought them up what they had did. Because my wife and I were unhappy these people cancled our second order to spite us speaking up, after that they tried to smear me on Facebook, which didn't work, then they sent an email to my wife saying I had harassed them. They are a public business on public websites that are public domain, you can criticize or review if offered in any way you want to. They're also woke as all get out and to be a woman ran business and attempt to sell themselves on that they were very rude to my wife who's actually a real woman. This place is garbage for sure.

There are various levels of happy that go into dealing with Fear Not, and they have gone above and beyond is all cases. My most recent order was for some reason delayed in Spokane (This was NOT a delay caused by Fear Not, and I do NOT hold them responsible) and was over 24 hours late. As I had got a few higher end species, and one female, I was super stressed about the delay. I e mailed as soon as I realized there was an issue, and Genesis was on the case instantly. Fear not filed a case well before I could, even though they were extreme confident the babies would get here. And they were correct. They. We're delivered, and aside from being a lil cramped and cold, all my specimens were healthy and active. Fear Not once again proves why I'll only purchase my more expensive species from them only. They can not be beaten when it comes to customer service. Over 40 spiders bought from them, no DOA, and no issues with having questions answered. Want beautiful, healthy babies? Buy from Fear Not.

This was my first time buying spiders online and with the weather being chilly I was nervous. Fear Not Tarantulas was wonderful. I had to email with a question and they got back to me quickly and were friendly and professional. Everything was packaged carefully and the heat pack was still toasty when they arrived. plus, I got a free tarantula with my purchase? How cool is that? I was debating between two and managed to get them both and then my third choice was free! I got four Ts and a velvet and they're all settling in nicely and I'm excited to see the GBB sling is already webbing a section of his enclosure.

Also, addressing a review below, they are crystal clear with their policies. They send an email that you read and reply to confirming the shipping date. in that email it states that rerouting voids the (already generous) guarantee. If you're worried about not being home to sign, you can have it sent to a FedEx facility for pickup. You can even give a name before shipping if you can't go (and after for a small fee if life happens). Or have it shipped to a trusted friend/relative that's home during the day.

FNT has been fantastic! I bought my first couple tarantulas from them two months ago. They arrived well packaged and on time and are thriving. Just received 9 more last week and they are all doing fantastic. They are a great business with great prices and put a lot of care into all they do.

My experience with FNT has been life changing for me and my kids. I first bought a fireleg tarantula for my youngest son. Sad to say it was related to houdini, it escaped. That didnt stop us from researching and picking out some more baby spiders. We bought 3 more right after the next week. Then the following week another 3. It was like Xmas getting the baby spiders home. Then came the Halloween sale and so many great species were on sale and we took advantage of the opportunity and was lucky to be able to buy 6 spiders and get a freebie as well( my favorite perk about FNT is getting freebies with orders that qualify for certain amounts, just about guaranteed a freebie with your purchase) so then that brought us to 13 spiders, then was able to get one from a friend's co worker. I have found a place to bring me peace and happiness in the hobby of arachnids. I look forward to getting off work and checking out our collection. I was diagnosed with cancer in June 2025 this year. I was lucky to be able to get the tumor removed and back to work. Having these spiders with my kids means a lot to me, I can leave my kids some spiders when its my time to go, putting in time love and tender care to my relationship with my children and spiders with them and bonding. This way its like being a part of the spiders when im gone. When I read the whole agreement on the live guarantee replacement it was even better because I knew that this place doesn't mess around when it comes to taking care of customers. I have received my packages on time and I understand my terms on my end. Like being avle to pick the pacage up if there is a delay. And i see filks getting 2 day delays and their spiders are just fine, life happenes, just be prepared to make arrangements if that happenes, part of the deal. Its simple to communicate with them with shipping. They respond super quick and I know if I had any issues with anything then they would take care of us. Im a proud customer for life and will recommend anyone looking for a spider. Best experience Ive had in a very long time and I dont write reviews. But seeing how I have had such a great experience with them, it only makes sense to let other know that if you read anyone's reviews playing victim, its simply because they couldnt understand how important it is to be responsible on their end to be able to receive their live package with precious cargo. Then the blame comes in and justify why they were wronged by a company that stands on business. All of my spiders are super healthy, thriving and eating great, I got one blocked in for a molt already, and 4 more in pre molt. They make sure that when spiders are in premolt then to not ship them so they don't risk injuries with molting in transit. I get to experience this because of the way they ship and take care of their spiders. I cant wait for future sales and more purchases with FNT. Best spiders on earth!
