Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Cancelled event, refund promised, ignored ever since

Absolutely appalling experience with Feast Events.

My Feast on Cloud 9 event was cancelled on 27th July. I was then told that my refund had been processed on 31st July and would reach my account no later than 14th August. It is now 24th August and I still have not received my money.

Despite numerous emails, I have been completely ignored. I have also repeatedly tried calling the number they specifically provided for customers to contact regarding issues with cancelled events, but have been unable to get through.

The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. I was relying on these funds to arrange an alternative experience for my best friend’s 30th birthday, which I have now been unable to do.

Being told that a refund had been processed, only for the money not to arrive and for the company to then stop responding, is completely unacceptable. I have now been left with no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking with this company.

Buyer beware , they cancelled our booking and dont respond to our requests for a refund.

On [booking date on 5th June 2026], my wife, Paula White, booked Afternoon Tea for four adults at “Feast on Cloud 9 at Wormsley,” scheduled for Sunday 2 August 2026, 3:00pm–5:00pm, at Wormsley Estate, HP14 3YE, at a cost of £260.00. This booking was made specifically to celebrate our daughter’s birthday.
On 27 July 2026, we received an email from Feast Events informing us that the event had been cancelled, citing an inability to agree contractual amendments with the venue. No explanation was given as to how or when a refund would be processed.
As our daughter’s birthday could not be postponed, we were left with no choice but to arrange an alternative celebration elsewhere at our own expense. This should not have been necessary had a prompt refund been issued.
Since the cancellation, we have made repeated attempts to obtain our refund, including:
• Email correspondence to which we have received no substantive response
• Multiple telephone calls, which have gone unanswered
To date, despite the event being cancelled by you and through no fault of our own, no refund has been issued.
Initial communication promised us refund in full without delay and the cancellation by feast came only days prior to the booked event.
Sara who is the owner of the company did take our calls and promised the refund when we called the first week and now simply doesn’t answer calls.
They are still advertising these Feast events as recent as last week .

Feast events cancelled. No refund. CAUTION

Feast on Cloud 9 cancelled by Sarah Dove - Savoir Faire Events Ltd on 26July. £340 paid in March 2026 has not been refunded, despite email promises. Social media comments turned off. Seem to be still taking bookings for other events. Looks like a scam

I have given 1 star as 0 stars are…

I have given 1 star as 0 stars are available. Im surprised there are no other reviews! My event that I paid £340 for was cancelled just days before it was due to take place. As I understand the entire Cloud 9 for 2026 offering was cancelled. I have yet to receive the promised refund more than 3 weeks later. No one answers the phone and emails just say 'soon'. How soon? £340 is a lot of money! Apparently the owner is calling me back but still waiting!! BOOK WITH CAUTION
